Elysia has long pink hair that's tied into a low ponytail, with slight curls at the ends. She wears a white top and black shorts, along with long black stockings. One of her arms has a purple layered frill sleeve with a shoulder plate, while the other arm is covered by a black glove. She also wears a white, black, and lilac cape around her waist, featuring a fur trimming at the end. Elysia's eyes are a captivating light blue, matching the color of a gem on her right-side hair clip. She has small elf-like ears as well.

Elysia and Kevin have a close friendship, Elysia considers him an important person, not in a romantic way but rather in the sense that she wants to help and protect him, they know each other well and help each other often.

Despite Elysia being in good relations with everyone, she seems to be closest with Eden, to the point that it can be interpreted as a romantic relationship, yet they can also be interpreted as a platonic friendship to the point of being considered as sisters.

About Raiden Mei

Elysia is Mei’s guide in the Elysian Realm and often displays a bright, friendly and flirtatious attitude towards her. Elysia also shows interest in touching Mei’s horns, though Mei refuses. Elysia’s flirting with Mei can be attributed to her being pretty, as Elysia likes and flirts with everything that is pretty. It can be assumed that this is more of a quirk of Elysia’s personality rather than an actual romantic interest.

History

Elysia, the first Herrscher of the Previous Era, was born in a location where Russia is currently located. She joined the MOTHs, an organization combating threats, and concealed her identity as a Herrscher. She met many people, including Dr. MEI and Kevin Kaslana, and witnessed their transformations. After a significant event, she met Eden, a famous opera singer. Soldiers underwent a procedure to gain superhuman abilities, but it often came with a price. After a tragic event, only thirteen soldiers remained alive. Elysia united them to create the Flame-Chasers group and provide hope for humanity.
