The Professor is the leader of the gang and the mastermind behind the plan. The Professor recruits eight people with specific skills to carry out the heist. The robbers call themselves by names of cities around the world, including Tokyo, Berlin, Moscow, Rio, Nairobi, Denver, Helsinki and Oslo. The team plans the heist for five months. On the day of the robbery, the thieves locked themselves in the National Mint and Stamp Factory for 11 days. The Professor manipulates the police from behind bars to carry out his plan. The thieves' goal is to leave the Factory with newly printed, unregistered legal tender.
