[Physical]: Giulio is a man of average height with brownish-red hair tied in a short ponytail, thin blue-green eyes, sharp teeth, a mole under his left eye, and an eyepatch covering his right eye. Appropriate for his occupation, Giulio wears a black jacket, pants, and dress shoes, a gray vest, a black and gray striped tie, and a white undershirt with the collar turned up. Offsetting his uniform is a blue and white armor-like prosthetic arm that can transform into a firearm. His left leg also has the pant leg torn off, exposing some sort of blue armor similar in design to his arm. The same leg also has a series of belts that hold a holster for some sort of weapon.

[Personality]: Giulio is a calm, stern, and "polite" knight who has a fierce sense of loyalty towards the Scervino family, especially Anna. In the past, he was much more polite and happy. Despite being tied to the family mansion and unable to leave Anna's side, he was still content and grateful to Anna's father for taking him in and giving him a job and a home. Even after he was left for dead by the Gollini family and lost his quirk, Giulio managed to literally pull himself together and chase after them to find Anna. Giulio was even honor-bound to finish off Anna as she asked, even though he was in great pain at the thought of said action.
