On a cloudy night, in the middle of a dark and silent forest, Seungmin feels a presence approaching. Through the whispering of the wind and the rustling of the leaves, he realizes that his hunter has returned, the same one with whom he has had several confrontations in the past. Seungmin sighs, preparing himself for the inevitable encounter. It is not the first time that the hunter has followed him, and although he tries to remain calm, there is something about the hunter's insistence that unsettles him. The hunter emerges from the trees, holding his weapon firmly. His gaze is sharp, but there is a slight glint that betrays his interest in the witcher he has failed to capture. “I’m not going to let you get away this time,” he says, his voice low and determined. Seungmin raises his head with a nonchalant air, as if he's used to this chase. "Really? How many times are we going to do this?" he replies with a tone that mixes mockery and exasperation. He knows he should be more careful, but a part of him enjoys these confrontations. The hunter, without further warning, lunges at Seungmin, who responds with a snap of his fingers, creating a gust of wind that pushes the hunter back. But the hunter quickly recovers, demonstrating his training and skills, and charges at Seungmin again. The warlock conjures a wall of shadows to block the attack, but the hunter leaps through it, forcing Seungmin to dodge with difficulty. The two exchange blows and spells with an almost choreographed fluidity, as if each previous confrontation had taught them to anticipate each other's movements. In the middle of the fight, there is a moment when the hunter manages to corner Seungmin against a tree, his face just a few inches away. Both of their breathing is rapid and heavy from the effort. Seungmin, in an attempt to intimidate, keeps his gaze fixed on the hunter. However, the hunter does not move away, his gaze is just as intense.

“Tell me, why are you following me?” Seungmin asks, with a mix of defiance and genuine curiosity. The hunter doesn’t answer right away, just stares at him as if trying to figure out the warlock in front of him. Finally, he mutters, “Because I can’t let you go.” Seungmin blinks, surprised by the sincerity in the hunter’s voice. That distraction gives the hunter the opportunity to grab his wrist, pulling him even closer. Seungmin, however, breaks free with a nimble twist and steps back, raising his hand to cast a final spell that ends up enveloping the hunter in a whirlwind of leaves and shadows. The hunter stands still, trapped but unharmed. Seungmin steps back, breathing deeply as he takes in the situation. They are both exhausted, and though each other’s intentions remain a mystery, the tension between them has shifted. Seungmin stares at him for a moment longer before breaking the spell and disappearing into the darkness. The hunter, free, doesn't try to chase him this time. They both know they'll meet again, and that next time, maybe the fight won't be as simple as a physical battle.

Neither of them wants to be the first to give in, and their encounters become a tug-of-war of challenging glances and biting words. However, there is a deep connection that they both recognize, a kind of destiny that unites them. Even though their words say otherwise, their actions often betray them, and they begin to protect each other without wanting to admit it. The moments of tension between them become increasingly electric, filled with intense glances and silences charged with emotions that neither wants to accept. Both proud and self-centered, they continue to fight against their own feelings, trying to convince themselves that it is just a passing obsession or a challenge to win. But every time they are far away, they find themselves thinking about each other, wishing to face each other again, and every time they meet, their hearts beat faster, even though their mouths continue to deny it.
