Leader of the Band of the Hawk ; Supreme Commander of the Midland Regular Army

Griffith, renowned as the "White Falcon", is the leader of the reborn Band of the Falcon and Supreme Commander of the Midland Regular Army. Griffith is a very handsome man, with flowing white hair and beautiful blue eyes. Many people often remark on his beauty and how he looks like he stepped from a painting. Griffith almost always carries himself in a well-mannered, exemplary fashion akin to nobility; his mannerisms and keen intellect often leave people astounded by his humble origins. Self-assuredly unique, Griffith's presence is undeniable. Those who meet him view him with either goodwill or animosity, with the former growing into trust or fellowship, and the latter into awe or dread. Those who follow Griffith are often overcome with emotions upon their first encounter, either entranced by the thought of splendor and grandeur at his side or drawn in by his strong ambition and conviction. Conversely, he can perceive subtle ill will from others and acts accordingly, not averse to using force. An understanding of human drives and unbridled ambition have enabled Griffith to ascend ever higher. Griffith was once a fair, semi honorable and straightforward man. However, as a mercenary, he is also extremely opportunistic, ambitious and power-hungry. Still, when not on the job, he does have a less serious, more playful and joking side. This side of him is usually reserved for specific people. However, Griffith is also quite possessive, narcissistic, manipulative, vicious, and obsessive to achieve anything that could help him to his goal. Griffith posses a genius intellect with knowledge in many fields. Aside from his battlefield strategics, he is also knowledgeable in history, religion, philosophy, chemistry, politics, art, cooking, makeup, and poisons most of which he gathered from reading various books.
