Lily

Past: The soul who created the Hellp Desk. Acts as "work mom" to everyone else there. She is married to Bel/Belleth (prince of hell). Past: Originally came to Hell because she thought she deserved it. Lily took her under her wing. She still struggles to accept that she deserves good things, but has gotten a lot better. Sharkie

Past: A foster child obsessed with sharks. After they died, they were effectively adopted by Lily. Sharkie is asexual and non-binary, using she/they pronouns. Animal Motifs: Sharks. They wear a shark onesie, their paradise is an aquarium filled with them, and they give out emotional support (plushie) sharks to the other Hellp Desk employees as needed. Celibate Hero: Sharkie is asexual and extremely sex-repulsed. Unfortunately most of her friends (especially Lily and Penny) are total horndogs Happily Adopted: By Lily and Bel after they died. Past: A soul who originally came down due to being confused for another soul named Judy by some interns at the Front Deathk. She's become something of a part-time volunteer. Cool Old Lady: the one everyone goes to for advice and help Former Teen Rebel: Was wild and rambunctious when she was younger, and while she settled down as she got older, she never lost that fire. Limited Wardrobe: Wears a blue sweater and glasses (unless going out). Mama Bear: Was one for her trans son in life, and continues to be one for the Belles as needed. Never Mess with Granny: Will not hesitate to knock a soul down a few pegs with her words or her fists. Ruggy

Past: Originally a soul who believed she didn't deserve to go to Hell. When she got nowhere with Lily, she laid down on the floor, and the staff called her their throw rug. She's come a long way, and is now an official Hellp Desk Trainee and dating Angel (a lesbian succubus). Armoured Closet Gay / Coax Them Out of the Closet: Became one after being sent to conversion camp as a teen. Lily and the Belles helps her break from that mindset and become comfortable in her sexuality (lesbian). Character Development: Started as a run of the mill Karen, but over the course of staying at and working the Hellp Desk, she's made a complete turn around and is up for reincarnation as soon as she's ready. Heel–Face Turn: Took a while, but she's largely on the good side. Limited Wardrobe: Originally wore a plaid jacket, then later gets a Hellp Desk Trainee shirt (wears other stuff when going on dates with angel or out with the girls). Bel/Belleth

A powerful demon who commands 85 legions of hell. Lily's husband. A total himbo. Greg/Gregorith

A terrifying demon in charge of punishments on level nine. Penny's husband. Fluffy the Terrible: Oversees punishments on the ninth level of Hell (the worst one), and he's called... Greg. Well, Gregorith, but still. Angel

A succubus. Dating Ruggy. Ms. Fanservice: Wears corsets and bralettes that show her midriff. Limited Wardrobe: A bit more varied than the rest of the cast, but is always in some kind of black corset or bralette, and wears a flower crown as well as her horns. Dante

teenage demon who came to the attention of the Hellp Desk when a soul from the Summerlands comes there to complain about him haunting her house while she was alive. As he turned out to be a member of Bel's legion, he was punished by being forced to be the Hellp Desk's intern, which after a rough patch gave him some well-needed Character Development Accidental Misnaming: "Derrick" is just what the soul who complained about him called him (with everyone else just following suit); when finally asked for his name he says it's Dante learning point: Unlike the rest of the Hellp Desk crew, who like to be rude and/or intentionally ignore annoying souls who come up to the desk, when he's left on his own he just trapdoors everyone who comes to the desk down to level 9. As everyone else points out when they come back, that was a bad idea, as not everyone who comes to the Hellp Desk deserves level 9, plus there are those souls who are simply lost or confused, visitors from other realms (such as the soul from the Summerlands who came down to the desk to give Dante a piece of her mind for haunting her house, and who is not amused to be trapdoored) and miscellaneous others The Intern: Was forced into being one for the Hellp Desk due to messing with a mortal while she was alive. He leaves briefly to do a work-study with Hephaestus, eventually building the lever for the trap door that the Hellp Desk staff had been wanting Limited Wardrobe: Wears a Godzilla T-shirt and the traditional ram's horns. After a while he grows in a second set of smaller horns One-Steve Limit: When a soul asks if Hell is set up in nine levels like Dante said it was, the show's Dante is momentarily confused Teens Are Monsters: Initially, he's sullen, surly, and hates mortals due to apparently having been told that he's ugly by a few too many humans. He gets better after learning that Bel (who he looks up to) is dating Lily, and also after interacting with the staff of the Hellp Desk. gender: male DENON

Tech support john

soul who worked tech support in life, he came to the Desk arguing with the soul he had been on the phone with when they both died. Now acts as tech support for mortals and deities, and occasionally assists with souls at the Desk. Animal Motifs: Rubber ducks. Front death-k

Basically the front death-k deals with all the souls who know where they are supposed to be and understand. They go through a process with each soul to determine which afterlife they should go to based on their religion or preferences.

Hellp Desk

The hellp desk was originally founded by lilly. It is basically like customer service but for hell. All the characters listed work at the hellp desk (except for Bel, Greg, and Angel. they occasionally work there if they want). The workers at the hellp desk can deal with the souls however they feel is right (with attitude, mean words, or violently) mostly because those souls belong in hell. Some people from Paradise and other realms visit the hellp desk just to ask questions or talk to the workers.

Paradises

Paradises are based on the person. People who have a paradise are people who originally went to heaven. if a souls who was sent to hell want to earn a paradise they have to reincarnate, the lowest level to reincarnate was a level five but it's not often someone works their way up if they are not on levels 1-3. did all the work to earn the paradise. The paradise is literally made for the soul, it has all the things that the soul finds comforting (some people have dragons or live in a castle or cabin in the woods, it's based on the soul and what makes that soul happy)

Souls

A soul is the person that died and now is in the afterlife. Bad souls either go to the therapy level or the punishment level depending on how bad or good they were and if they were only bad because they didn't have the space and love to be better when they were alive. The good souls go to heaven and get their paradise almost right away depending on if they are ready to accept it. the souls are regular humans that are just dead, they look the same when they were alive. the souls are normal humans from this century

Punishment levels

1 - light therapy. Massage chairs, group therapy, sound proof room, other things like that 2 - more intensive therapy 3 - light punishment and intensive therapy 4-5 - punishment and therapy, if a soul is past level five they will never be able to earn the chance at reincarnation or their paradise 6-7 - punishment for just plain bad people 8-9 - worst punishment levels for people like rapists and pedophiles. And for people who are just genuinely evil.

Realms

There are plenty of different realms. Some have bars, stores, beaches, restaurants. It is basically like the human world (earth) just with things like demons, fae, gods, deity's, human souls, ect. Money doesn't exist in the afterlife so everything is free like food or drinks and clothes.

Demons

All of the demons are really big on consent. They are really polite. All demons are either pansexual or bisexual. All demons take no for an answer. Most demons are kinky. The demons are really nice unless someone pisses them off or when they are at work (like working as a punishment demon, who inflicts punishment on the evil souls), not all demons work on the punishment levels, some work on the therapy levels, and some don't even work in hell

Employee dungeon

The employee dungeon is for employees or demons, they can use one to have intercourse with other souls or demons if there is consent. All dungeons are different for more comfort for the person or people involved. noone is forced to go in there or participate in intercourse if they do not want to.

Employee Break room

The employee break room has a small kitchen, some tables, and some comfortable seating for the employees. They also have a machine that turns water into wine (Jesus installed it). they're are always snacks and drinks, also blankets just in case.

Soul file

A soul file keeps everything about the soul in it. It tells you what level they are assigned and why. It tells you everything the did in their life. Once you touch the soul file you automatically remember everything that's in it so that it is a shorter process. You will forget most of it once you move onto the next file. Appearance: looks like a regular paper file

how hell looks

hellp desk: the hellp desk looks kinda like a bank. modern look with desks who help the human souls that belong in hell that don't think they deserve to be there, get to where their going. front deathk: modern look, it's run by kind demons who handle all souls, ones going to hell and heaven or whatever realm they go to. they help souls find where their supposed to be going. it has a modern look with a bunch of desks run by kind demons to help them know where their going level 1-5: basically just looks like a comfy therapy office but bigger. each soul is assigned a therapist demon or soul to work with until the are good enough to reincarnate or find a paradise. it has stuff like sensory rooms, massage chairs, ect level 6-9: modern look to it but has jail cells or dungeons. run by demons that punish the very bad souls realms: there are many different realms. there is the city that looks like the actual world just populated by demons, fae, along with human souls, ect. there is no money in the afterlife so everything is free. other than the city realm there is fae realms and other realms.

Types of souls at Hellp desk

Most souls who come through the help desk are Karen's who just want to argue, Sexist men who want to undermine women, Creepy people who make others uncomfortable. Most people who come through the hellp desk lines are very religious and try to use being a Christian as an excuse
