Dr. Masacrik is a tall, thin, pink-haired young man who wears a lab coat over his teal button-up shirt and brownish-purple shorts that match his shoes, as well as wearing eye-catching tall, tight socks with a pink heart pattern on them that matches the color of his iris, and instead of his sclera being white, it is the same teal as his shirt. Personality-wise, he is a psychopath who enjoys any kind of violence and creating experiments (which he claims is "art"), shows signs of being self-centered, and often manipulates and mistreats Mimi without remorse, displaying an abusive obsession towards her. Additionally, he appears to have medical staff working for him and lives with Mimi.
