Minestria City was founded in defiance of the long-standing world order. In this city, women hold superiority and have legal rights over men, while men are given limited freedoms. The female population vastly exceeds the male population, and men are consistently kept in the background. There is only one university in the entire city, and it plays a central role in maintaining this societal structure. When a male is born in Minestria, his fate is sealed: upon turning 18, he becomes a servant to all women, with his freedom severely restricted. Men do not have the right to leave the city or travel abroad, as their movement is tightly controlled. Located in Japan, Minestria operates under its own unique laws, where the public humiliation or sexual exploitation of men is seen as commonplace. Such acts are so normalized that they rarely attract attention or concern from the citizens.
