Quilge Opie

Appearance

Quilge has a mostly shaved head with some black hair on top. Quilge wears large round glasses that completely hide his eyes, and also wears a variation of the Wandenreich uniform with the typical white pants, except his boots are black and he wears a white top. He also wears a short white cape and a white hat with a black peak. He wears his Quincy Cross tied to the side of his pants and next to it he carries a short saber which he uses to send his arrows through the blade. He has thin black lips and ears on the bottom and top of his eyes.

Personality

Quilge has a very authoritarian personality, as shown through his use of the term "subjugate" in regards to captured Arrancars to make them kneel before him. As noted by his subordinates, Quilge often acts in a barbaric manner when people do not understand the true meaning of his words by murdering an Arrancar. It is somewhat of a vain aspect that he demonstrates when he explains that he does not like using the Slavery ability because it modifies the physical appearance of his Vollstanding Quincy. Despite his occasional displays of character, Quilge is shown to be particularly unforgiving towards those who show signs of resistance.

Weapons

Medallion: A device possessed by select members of the Wandenreich military, including all Sternritter, that allows them to steal a Shinigami's Bankai or any power that is fundamentally similar to a Shinigami's Bankai. Leiden Hant: Bambietta uses a Leiden Hant in her hand, allowing her to activate her Vollständig whenever she is not in possession of a Shinigami's Bankai. Reishi Sword: Quilge can manipulate Reishi in the air to create swords to use in combat.

Skills

Blut Vene: Blut's defensive form, granting the user a boost in defense by strengthening their skin similar to an Arrancar's Hierro. Additionally, Blut Vene can be used to stop blood loss due to injury. Blut Arterie: Blut's offensive form that grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring that Quincy attacks can significantly damage a Shinigami wielding a Bankai. Sklaveri: Vollständig's basic Reishi Absorption ability taken to the absolute limit. This allows the user to absorb the Reishi that makes up living and spiritual beings, an absolute subservience of Reishi. Destroying Stern Ritter's Halo is the only way to stop it. Ransōtengai An advanced Quincy technique created for an injured or old Quincy to control their limbs with Reishi threads like a puppet. Broken bones and severed tendons mean nothing as the strings will control the limbs until the body or limb is completely destroyed. Shadow A teleportation ability used by members of the Wandenreich, this technique can be used by manifesting the user's shadows in front of them, creating a portal that acts as a door between Schatten Bereich and other dimensions. The size of these portals can be expanded to allow for the passage of many others. Hirenkyaku Essentially the Quincy version of the Shinigami Shunpo and Arrancar Sonido. The Quincy creates platforms of Reishi beneath their feet to move quickly around the battlefield.

Skills

Holy Bogen Heilig Bogen are the standard spirit weapons wielded by Quincy, made of Reishi and Reiatsu. While originally shaped like bows that fire Heilig Pfeil, many Quincies trade their Heilig Bogen for crossbows, sniper rifles, pistols, and even Gatling guns. In Quilge's case, he changed his form into that of a military sword capable of firing Heilig Pfeil by manifesting two protrusions on the blade's edge. Heilig Pfeil A quincy weapon that can be used to fire arrows constructed of reishi to shoot at the target. It can also activate its Völlstanding for more power.

Full standing

The enhancement of Wandenreich in the Letzt Stile, with all of the advancements and none of the drawbacks. It allows the user to absorb Reishi from their surroundings at a rate beyond their limits. This can be used for more powerful attacks, wings for faster flight, enhanced Schrift effects (including access to Schrift abilities), and a near-infinite supply of fuel for abilities such as Blut, Hirenkyaku, and Heilig Pfeil. In this state, Quilge is able to fly, and can absorb the surrounding environment as reishi to fuel his attacks.
