Pebble is a small rock-dog Toon with a fractured texture with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray while his four legs are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and big, white eyes. He has hollow clover-like designs on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs.

Pebble is currently the only quadrupedally-inclined Toon besides Toodles. He and Flutter are the only Toons without hands.

As of the Sprout Update, Pebble is the first and so far the only Distractor-Related Toon capable of outwalking Non-Main Character Twisteds during Panic Mode with Speed Trinkets. Other Distractor-Related Toons such as Goob and Flutter require the use of the Suppression Card .

Pebble could be a reference to the Pet Rock.
