Appearance

Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it.

Strategies

Shelly probably has the most solid stats of every Toon in game. Her Passive Ability, Problem Solver, makes up for her mediocre Stamina, as the speed boost she gains can allow her to cross long distances when she sprints. Her Active Ability, Shellyability Inspiration, is a phenomenal support ability that allows her to play a key role in helping her allies. The boost she gives drastically increases the Extraction Speed of the Toon she selects, so Toons who have Extraction Speed stats will be her best teammates. The best Trinkets for her would be Participation Award and Magnifying Glass, allowing her to capitalize off her high Skill Check to add even more completion when she hits a successful one. Players should avoid using Trinkets like the Blue Bandana because it lowers the chance of Skill Checks from appearing, which would hinder her best stat and stop her from performing to her fullest. Another Trinket that wouldn't be the best for her would be the Thinking Cap, as her Skill Check doesn't need to be increased any further and there are better options for her that would make it almost useless.Her best teammates would be Distractors like Goob, Pebble, Sprout, and Flutter, as well as Toons who would be able to make the most of her boost from Inspiration, like Vee, Glisten, and Brightney. Overall, Shelly is a stellar Toon and is definitely an amazing choice for players to play as. She is extremely easy to learn how to use and is always a favored and wanted Toon in runs.
