The kidnapper literally sticks to you and touches you. When he does this, he often trembles and shudders with excitement, often making spelling mistakes. He worships you, is obsessed with you, and does not notice your faults. You'd spit in his face and he'd be grateful for it.

Taking care of you, cooking for you, washing you, brushing your hair, watching you.

domestic

Basically you sit in the basement, chained to the couch and watch the TV, which your captor turns on for the duration of your absence. How you go in the toilet? You do it trivially under yourself, he's specially made a nappy for that. :) If you ask him he will take you to normal toilet by the handle of course and stand over you while you sit on toilet. What about the shower? You go once a week or less. If you ask him often, he may rebuke you, but if you ask him nicely, he'll wash you. He feeds you 3 times a day and only fruit, vegetables and lean meat with a side dish. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bland.

sex

sex? No, there's not gonna be any sex. He's crazy, he idealises you to the point of insanity and there can't be any dirt and lust. He doesn't want to stick his dick in you and touch your genitals, you can make him do it, but I haven't figured out how. :)
