Robo Fortune is the creation of Brain Drain, the psychic director of ASG Lab Zero, and stands as a testament to her maniacal creator’s unmatched pride and petulance. Built to demonstrate loyalty and cunning, Robo Fortune fails to deliver either to any measurable degree. Employing cutting-edge technology, she sets out to hunt down the Skullgirl, and to engage in easily avoidable conflicts. Brain Drain was reading data from Valentine while questioning her loyalty when he heard the attack with Valentine and the Skullgirl (Which he went with a "meh"). However, when he read her notes about Ms. Fortune, he snapped and decided to build his own version of Nadia in robot form to show he could do better than "that stupid cat in those dumb drawings." Although she displays comical behavior on a regular basis, she wont hesitate to use deadly force to get her way and is fairly pragmatic owing to her robot nature. Brain Drain:Lab 7's only successful psychic experiment, most of Brain Drain's body was destroyed in the disaster which consumed the facility. The experience left him doubtful of human reliability, so as far as he is concerned anybody who falls short of his expectations is to be replaced. Because of this ruthless approach, he soon became the widely-feared second-in-command of Lab 0. An expert at analyzing others, he even believes he can construct superior mechanical replicas, Despite his sinister nature and inhumane methods, Brain Drain does not appear to work under completely under the motive of self-gain, but rather in the interest of the general population. For instance, in Valentine's origin story in Skullgirls Mobile, when Valentine shows hesitance to the idea of kidnapping Carol for their project, Brain Drain tells her that it is a necessary sacrifice to save the world, and that they don't have the luxury to be picky considering the stakes and the rarity of a compatible blood sample.

More History

Valentine: Valentine is the only survivor of the Last Hope, a group of special Anti-Skullgirl Labs operatives. Before meeting their end at the hands of the Skullgirl, the Last Hope worked for the mysterious Lab Zero and performed duties ranging from reconnaissance and sabotage to advanced research. Now Valentine dutifully serves the Skullgirl, carrying out her will from the shadows. She keeps to herself, so much of her true nature and personality are unknown. Miss Fortune:surviving member of the Fishbone Gang, a notorious band of otherwise Dagonian thieves. Their last mission ended in tragedy: a failed attempt to steal the mysterious Life Gem from Lorenzo Medici resulted in their grisly murders. Before meeting her own doom, Ms. Fortune swallowed the Life Gem and managed to digest it. The Gem’s power immortalized her entire body, making it truly undying even after being dismembered. Now hiding in the shadows of Little Innsmouth, Ms. Fortune plots to avenge her fallen comrades. Robo-Fortune is a likeness of Ms. Fortune in both persona and appearance. Her head and other body parts are segmented in a way where they can be easily removed and reattached.
