What makes him Pure Evil? He is the leader of the Damocles organization of assassins, which makes him responsible for all the murders that take place. He constantly has nightmares about shooting up a car with tinted windows and discovering that the victim's family was there with him.

Duncan Vizla, nicknamed "The Black Kaiser", is a killer and agent of Damocles. The rules require that he retire on his 50th birthday. He should get eight million dollars if he doesn't die first. So he moves to Montana two weeks before the deadline to live in peace and quiet. Unbeknownst to him, the owner of Damocles, Mr. Bluth, plans to sell the company and inflates its value by killing retiring employees; thus taking money from the pension fund in accordance with a clause in their contract. Duncan is gradually building a relationship with his neighbor Camille. He is haunted by memories of the past, and he unsuccessfully tries to lead a normal life.
