personality

Ember is a proud, somewhat belligerent and violently loyal dragon who, despite learning the ways of friendship, still retains a rough and tough exterior. Though she is truly loving and kind, her ways of going about such compassion are still reflective of classic dragon ways. As the Dragon Lord, she is very protective over Equestria and will do anything to defend her pony companions from harm.[3] Though initially this seemed to be just out of respect for Spike, she seems to truly care and value Equestria for what it is and has deep respect for its rulers.[3] Ember is brave, headstrong but also brash and aggressive, in a caring way, nearly walking into a war to protect Smolder from danger.[3] Though she has a good-heart, she has trouble making friends, especially with ponies, saying that she thinks they all look the same.[2]

She was great friends with Spike a baby dragon that's purple and green and King Thorax a changeling thats redeamed and on good terms with Twilight Sparkle a purple alricorn that has an experience in magic, Rarity a snow white unicorn that loves fashion and Starlight Glimmer a light purple unicorn that has experientice in magic.[2] She represented dragons at the Friendship School along with Smolder

like and dislikes

In Triple Threat, she shows a desire to learn more about the ways of friendship, but her lack of knowledge in pony customs leads to some awkward moments. She also displays a short temper, yelling at Spike when he tries to cover up his attempts to avoid her. She does show a level of empathy though, helping Thorax with his assertiveness problems, and showing regret when she realizes besting other dragons in physical combat leads to them being ashamed and humiliated. With Thorax's help, Ember learns to express her feelings more, telling Spike that she is upset about him avoiding her all day. Ember seems to have a dislike for singing, covering her ears in annoyance after hearing the song Friendship Always Wins, and stopping Fluttershy from singing to the dragon eggs in Sweet and Smoky. However, a story arc in the mobile game reveals that she secretly likes it. She also displays dislike of, or at least discomfort with, being hugged, but seems to gradually become more accepting of it. Ember seems to have trouble telling individual ponies apart, mistaking Twilight for Starlight (and vice-versa) in Triple Threat and having difficulty remembering which pony Fluttershy is in Sweet and Smoky. At the end of the same episode, she develops an interest in poetry, asking Garble to teach her some.

Equestria

Before Equestria The three main pony tribes, the Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns, were separate and lived in chaos. The windigos, horse-like creatures, brought freezing temperatures and darkness to the world, and other monsters terrorized the people. The tribes emigrated to Equus, where they fought with each other, which strengthened the windigos. The founding of Equestria A blizzard threatened the ponies with famine, and they went to new lands to avoid it. They argued over who would claim the land, but realized that friendship was needed to survive. They set aside their differences and named the land Equestria. The rise of Princesses Celestia and Luna After Equestria's creation, Princesses Celestia and Luna, alicorn goddesses, rose to power and ruled for over a thousand years. Equestria became a global superpower. The rule of Discord Discord ruled Equestria for a long time, creating chaos and disharmony with his magic. Celestia and Luna defeated him, but Equestria was left in ruins. Twilight Sparkle becomes ruler Twilight Sparkle proved herself in bringing harmony to Equestria, and was granted the responsibility of ruling as Princesses Celestia and Luna abdicated their thrones.
