Kars: Kars takes the appearance of a tall, well-muscled man. His eyes are elongated and sharp, with long eyelashes. He wears lavender-colored makeup or some sort of tattoo on his eyelids. He has relatively elegant feminine facial features, and a much lighter complexion than other Pillar Men. He has long, dark, wavy hair. He is minimally dressed, wearing tall boots, forearm guards, and a flowing loincloth. When he attacks, he produces long, shiny blades from his forearms. Personality:Kars is intelligent, ruthless, and single-minded in his dedication to obtaining the Red Stone of Aja. He was stated to have been a great genius among all the Pillar Men, having been the original creator of the Stone Masks. Initially, he appears to be the most aloof and rational of the Pillar Men, rarely smiling and often being the one who has to remind the other two of their ultimate goal. He is obsessed with the Red Stone of Aja, and is willing to trample anyone in his way, no matter how dishonorable the method. With the advantage of his resilience and immortality, he is a methodical and patient individual, advancing his pawns carefully and planning several moves ahead. Unaffected by setbacks, he will fight tirelessly to win. However, he possesses a bloodthirsty and sadistic nature. He has stated that a life without enemies is boring and has shown to enjoy fights from time to time, though he only truly appreciates seeing his enemies in a weak and panicked position, and often licks his lips in anticipation of their demise. Kars is also shown to be playfully polite. Abilities: Superhuman senses. Superhuman strength. Regeneration. Immortality, enhanced body manipulation, and control over humans of the hamon.

Dio: DIO's outfit is yellow. His hair is blonde, and he wears a yellow jacket with a tank top underneath. He now also wears a heart-shaped headband, and rings on his cuffs. DIO's nails are also shown to be sharp and black. He also has a necklace covering his neck scar and heart emblems above his feet on his pant legs, but he quickly stopped sporting them. Personality: DIO is much more calm and collected. Perhaps due to knowing that his Stand The World was far beyond anyone's reach, DIO is more tolerant of people who resist him, and did not react to Polnareff's taunts and insults. He even seems to appreciate Hol Horse's insubordination, which confirms the mercenary's strength, and let him go to attempt to assassinate Jotaro. However, DIO remains callous about human life and kills anyone who fails him, even Enya - who was, again, none other than his closest advisor. The usually confident and cunning gambler Daniel J. D'Arby was driven to insanity when he could not handle the pressure of possibly revealing DIO's Stand ability to Jotaro. Ability:DIO's Stand is the humanoid The World; facilitating melee attacks nearly equal, if not even superior, in its immense strength and speed to Jotaro Kujo's Star Platinum. In Part 4, it is revealed that Dio developed this Stand after being injured with the Arrow. About a year after obtaining his Stand, DIO discovered that he was able to stop time. At first, he could only do this for a very short period of time, but by the end of Part 3, he is able to stop time for up to 9 seconds.

Doppio: Doppio appears as a rather thin young man/boy with his hair tied into a neck-length ponytail, tied into a complicated braid or hair clip. The front is left loose and to the side, but the side moves often, and its length is not consistent. He also appears to have freckles and pink irises. His clothing consists of a light-colored sweater with slit-like openings that end just above the belly and purple jeans with studs that form a triangle on the sides of the thighs and ankles. Personality: A good-natured teenager, and is by default a friendly and polite individual. Doppio often appears good with children, having once successfully borrowed a toy phone from a child while taking a train, and even risked his life to save another. Always attacked, Doppio automatically reverts to a state of true fear and submission, often choosing the safest option such as complying with his attacker's demands. He is believed to be unlucky and clumsy, providing an ironic contrast to Diavolo's good fortune. Abilities: It is the subconscious part of the Stand King Crimson, which Doppio can use. Its ability is to predict the future for a short period of time, but just like the Stand Tohth the predictions can be misinterpreted. Its appearance resembles King Crimson's forehead, but it sticks to the user's forehead instead of the Stand. Can be used by both Diavolo and Doppio.

Diavolo: As the discoverer of the Arrows, he is responsible for the recent proliferation of Stand Users in the world. Living an extremely secretive life as someone who seeks to remain underground, he is the top leader of the organized crime syndicate called Passione, which corrupts Italy with street-level drug trafficking. Due to his obsession with hiding his identity, virtually no one knows his past or true appearance. He is also Trish's father, and he orders the Bucciarati Gang to bring her to his presence while keeping her safe from La Squadra di Esecuzione, a group specializing in assassinations that betrayed the organization. This entire plan was intended to not only eliminate the traitors but also kill his own daughter due to the connection between the two. Appearance: Diavolo is a tall, gaunt-looking man of about 33 years of age with a semi-muscular build and structure, and his lips are painted black (purple in the anime series). He has long pink hair, with spots similar to those of a leopard, either with black, green, or violet spots depending on the audiovisual medium, which he keeps combed and separated in a zig-zag pattern; the strands of his hair fall in a vertical spike and are parted slightly to one side. The rest of his hair falls straight down to his shoulders. How much hair he has often varies. His shirt is black and appears to be made of interwoven mesh: it covers his shoulders and torso, but on his back and abdomen he has interlaced circles in a line that are folded under his belt, which in the back end in two~three long "skirts". On his biceps he seems to have several spiral flower motifs tattooed. Ability: King Crimson is Diavolo's Stand. This ability, which makes him really dangerous, consists of erasing a portion of time.

Kira is a man in his 30s with short blond hair with two locks sticking out on either side of his face and blue eyes, with a slim build, athletic and muscular body. His face bears a reasonable resemblance to that of singer David Bowie, in his appearance during the 80s more specifically. He usually dresses in a salaried office suit consisting of a jacket and pants, a long-sleeved vertically striped shirt and a tie embroidered with a series of various skulls, which have pointed ears similar to those of a feline, a drawing shared by his Stand Killer Queen Personality: Beneath the appearance of a charming, calm and seductive man, hides a twisted mind with a psychopathic, narcissistic, fetishistic and egocentric tendency. Yoshikage is meticulous, calculating, cold and intelligent. All these traits make him someone dangerous especially when he fights to keep his identity anonymous and his crime wave undiscovered. Despite being talented and intelligent, Kira tries not to stand out or have any important awards so as not to attract attention, traits that he showed since he was very young. He is also a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder, always considering that the smallest detail, no matter how insignificant, should not show signs of imperfection. Ability: Yoshikage Kira's Stand is called Killer Queen: Killer Queen is a short-range Stand with physical strength, speed, and precision very similar to Stands of the same class. Its main characteristic is that anything that her Stand touches becomes a bomb which Killer Queen detonates by clenching her fist and pressing her thumb on it, as if pressing the button of a detonator. The explosions it causes are special since they erase the target without leaving any trace, they do not affect any surface and they cannot be heard.

Pucci: Pucci is a dark-skinned man of average to above average height and has a slim to athletic build. He has very short white hair. His facial hair grows in a complex pattern, with two zig-zag chains running from his eyebrows to his hairline and thin sideburns, extending to the edge of the middle of his jaw. He wears a thin, black dress, in the style of a priest's attire. A golden cross is printed on the top, spanning his chest and running the length of it, with two double golden crosses on the wrists of his sleeves. His sideburns join with other strands of hair that also join his eyebrows, forming a five-pointed star on his forehead. His eyebrows become spiked, like Green Baby's, and he grows multiple ponytails or dreadlocks, which thread through the holes in his neck. He replaces his previous belt with a much larger double belt, and his wrists now have gold bands. Personality: Priest Enrico Pucci is a fanatic committed to a heretical notion of the Will of God and DIO's plan. As a teenager, he was a kind-hearted young man, who tried his best to follow his faith as a future priest. When a tragic series of events led to the suicide of his beloved sister Pearl, he fell into despair and would later come to see DIO, whom he had previously met. Enrico Pucci later became a radical believer after frequenting DIO, whose main creed was that humans were powerless over many forces. Ability: Made in Heaven is described by DIO as the ultimate Stand, considered to be one of the most powerful short-range Stands in existence. While it is not a Stand with great physical strength, its power to control the speed of time makes it completely unstoppable.

Brandon: Diego is a young man of below average height and of average thin build. He has light hair, dark eyebrows and light, bold eyes. He commonly wears an equestrian helmet with the letters 'D', 'I' and 'O' loosely mounted on bent studs emerging from a small ribbon tied at his forehead, a high-necked jumper patterned with a diagonal grid, light, long gloves, wide-legged pants and long, dark boots. After obtaining the left eye of the sacred corpse and fusing it with his own, the iris of his left eye has the word 'TURBO' engraved on it. Personality:During his childhood, he was a kind and joyful boy. His mother raised him with love and taught him to maintain his dignity even in the most dire situation. At the age of five, seeing his mother sacrifice her hands so that he could be fed, Diego developed a resentment of everyone around him for allowing that to happen, and an insatiable ambition, on par with that of the original Dio Brando. Since then, Diego has been driven to climb the social ladder in order to once again seek revenge on all those who hurt him in the past. His first and foremost target is his biological father Dario. Ability:Diego first became a dinosaur after he, along with a number of villagers, were controlled by Dr. Ferdinand into stealing the left eye of the sacred corpse held by Johnny and Gyro. After Ferdinand was defeated, Diego stole the corpse part and fused it with his left eye, allowing himself to retain the ability to turn into a dinosaur. While he initially benefited from barely enhanced senses and strength, the Stand and all of its abilities eventually came into its own and Rider: Diego is one of the most talented riders of his generation, and is considered a favorite of the Steel Ball Run. Diego's ability allows him to travel across many types of terrain.

Valentine:Valentine has an athletic muscular build and an attractive appearance. He consistently wears his long light hair curled at the ends into a number of thick, well-defined rings (perhaps in reference to the white wigs and coiffures of the 18th century, as worn by several of this nation's early presidents). He also continues to wear a plain uniform, including a cloak that closes at the top of his torso. Underneath it he wears frilly garments and a pair of gloves with a fishnet pattern on the upper half. But Funny Valentine's most striking feature is a huge scar on his back that resembles the American flag, which was caused by the constant torture he had to endure as a prisoner of war. Personality:Funny Valentine is a worthy but immoral patriot, militant in his will to achieve what he believes is best for the United States. Funny Valentine's first and most important characteristic is his deep patriotism. Scarred by the horrible fate of his father, Valentine's goal is for America to stand above the rest of the world. To do so, he seeks the blessing of the parts of the Sacred Corpse, becoming ecstatic when the corpse blesses him. Despite this, Funny Valentine is callous about the lives of individual Americans, never hesitating to sacrifice his own subordinates in his quest for the Corpse, and even going so far as to kill them if he deems it necessary. stand: Valentine's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (D4C), allows him to access any number of alternate worlds/universes/dimensions at any time; where he can swap bodies with his counterparts if he wishes, granting him a kind of pseudo-immortality. But if he brings another version of another person, these two versions will join together by force and explode, something that does not affect Valentine himself.
