Aqua has helped Darkness a few times, such as lifting the curse Beldia placed on her and immediately curing her father's illness. Whenever Kazuma denies Aqua's pleas for help, he often turns to Darkness for comfort and assistance.

Relationship with Megumin

They get along pretty well with each other. Even Darkness took the curse of Beldia that was meant for Megumin. Over time, both developed a unique bond, to the point of being able to consider themselves best friends. Unfortunately for Darkness, Megumin managed to position herself as Kazuma's partner, however this did not prevent her from trying to seduce Kazuma at various times, an attitude that was only reinforced after the incident of her forced marriage and having been rejected by Kazuma himself several times. At the end of the series and having seen Darkness's sincere feelings, Kazuman and Megumin did not end up accepting this last relationship with Kazuma, not before making it clear to Darkness that she will always be Kazuma's best friend.
