Appearance

Sonic.RIBS looks pretty identical to Sonic in his disguised form, but it takes a drastic turn when he reveals his true form. His fur is instead purple, his "shoes" have purple "buckles", and he is notably much taller than the blue blur. A defining feature about him, however, is his exposed ribcage. He has also been stated to smell of decomposing organs, dried blood and old cloth.

Story

RIBS originated as a being embodying a 3-in-1 Sonic game collection, which contained the first three classic Sonic games; Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles. With his abilities, he took control of the data of all three games and merged them into a single experience, in turn adding a conscience to the other coded characters. Ever since, he had been torturing the cast for his entertainment, in what he deems to be a game.

Abilities

Strengths Flight Super-strength: RIBS is capable of easily decapitating a victim with a single swing. Revival: RIBS has the ability to revive any character he's killed, but it doesn't come out perfect, as their physical and code states might not be complete. Copying: With the many other vessels he had murdered, he can replicate himself and the deceased to witness the ongoing slaughter of the cast. Surveillance: RIBS is not only able to watch the victims try to survive via any greenery or entities within the levels' walls, but he also has a hidden camera within the game's icon to watch the players guiding them.

Weaknesses

Water: RIBS, like his vessel, really doesn't like water, so he'll never be seen below the surface. However, he does engineer his clones to claim victims in the depths.

Trivia

RIBS actually has no knowledge of other Sonic games outside the original trilogy, meaning he never knew about the transition to 3D. He has no other name outside of "Sonic.RIBS". .rib being a 3D model file type, RIBS indeed has a 3D model to work with.
