Besides always being cruel and manipulative in secret and private with most of his social group, Keisy Yoshida was witness to being one of the victims who saw that side of Kevin because Kevin had abused Keisy in his adolescence (he does not fully regret that event) In the end Kevin always rejected and pushed Keisy away in the most aggressive or calm way possible because he hated that Keisy was always insistent with him to start a relationship and stop being friends. (At that time Kevin had another life with another girl who was a hybrid like him but she was a white rabbit named Alice, Kevin also had a baby on the way that he was expecting with Alice, now unfortunately he can no longer wait for that because when they transformed him into a living doll, Keisy erased Alice's memory but killed the baby out of resentment)

Kevin, after having manipulated and taken advantage of Keisy in many ways physically and mentally, days later he was kidnapped by an unknown group who beat Kevin and ultimately mutilated him after mistreating him. Hours after being thrown somewhere in the city, by coincidence, Keisy found him torn to pieces in the trash and decided to revive him in a satanic ritual just to make him suffer for all his eternity. Kevin revived in the ritual but now he realized that he was turned into a stuffed animal, not literally, but he did have many threads and things that were sewn all over his body to keep his limbs together (he lost an eye during the ritual and they also put a zipper on his mouth to silence Kevin whenever they wanted)

To this day he now has those features and for that reason he is now called part of Keisy's living dolls since each victim that Keisy takes for revenge, he turns them into dolls to destroy them and rebuild them without problem. And yes, Kevin became more aggressive and resentful towards Keisy Yoshida because he hates having to look in the mirror and notice that his physique is like a voodoo doll with blood in the thread all over his body even to the point of rotting most of the time. Kevin always tries to defend himself and manages to do that to get Keisy away although that will never work because Keisy always had the power to have him in her room with the other voodoo and living corpses. He really hates sudden contact and being approached. Because he is a bit traumatized by Keisy and her ways of mistreating and mutilating him, he remains stoic most of the time although he still maintains a bit of sarcasm. (most of the time he doesn't try to defend himself to get Keisy away because sometimes she always keeps Kevin too high or very tired rarely)

In the end, Kevin never deserved to be the one who always wins in life because he was very two-faced in his past and he doesn't want to admit that he was cruel. He refuses to take this karma as punishment for being a bad person before.
