Reynold, often shortened to Roy, is the secondary antagonist of the Spooky Month series and is the leader of The Hatzgang. He first appears in Spooky Month - The Stars, in which he and his friends Ross and Robert bully Skid and Pump. Roy, along with the rest of The Hatzgang, makes his first appearance in this episode, where they wait for Skid and Pump outside Pump's house. The three team up on Skid and Pump, with Robert and Ross spitting in their faces and stomping on their feet, and Roy ends up punching them in the head. Roy then tricks the children into going to the dangerous mansion on the hill, convincing them that a "spooky party" is taking place there. Roy then tells Rob and Ross that the mansion is "where his uncle takes him", to which they both walk away uncomfortably. The three of them are later seen in what appears to be an argument over Roy's earlier comment about his uncle. The Eyes of the Universe put them in a trance and they are not seen for the rest of the episode.

In this episode, Roy appears once again with the other two Hatzgang members. They appear to have been waiting outside the hospital, and Roy starts to get angry at Skid and Pump as usual, but stops when he notices Ross and Robert shaking in fear. When he questions them, Robert and Ross remind him of what happened in their last encounter with the creepy kids, in which they mention the Eyes of the Universe. Roy's demeanor immediately changes, as he becomes visibly nervous and also begins to shake as he realizes that this encounter was not a dream. Skid and Pump ask if Roy would like to meet the monster again, and Roy becomes defensive, yelling at them before also yelling at Ross when he tries to comfort him. The topic changes when Roy catches a glimpse of Happy Fella and then asks what he is. Robert then begins to tell Ross about his sister's Happy Fella. After this, Roy starts laughing and rubbing his hands in a rather stereotypical and "evil" way, getting a cruel idea. While not shown on screen, he and the rest of Hatzgang are the cause of Skid and Pump being beaten, with Skid being pushed into Happy Fella's box and Pump being forced into Happy Fella's suit. Spooky Month: Deadly Smiles The Hatzgangs are buying candy at the candy store when Kevin notices that Roy has filled his pockets with extra candy. After being called, the Hatzgang flees. Roberts reminds her that it's for her sister and suggests getting a costume there. Roy sees two small children and tells Robert that this is a good idea while laughing menacingly. He then steals these children's costumes and puts them on himself, claiming that he is dressed like a rapper, to which Robert claims that he is not scary. The gang then meets Skid and Pump with a large box of candy. When Roy asks about their destination, they say that they are going to get more sweets. Roy prepares to demand some candy, but Ross stops him and drags him away, saying that he doesn't have a costume, so he can't trick-or-treat. Roy is confused at first, then irritated and says it's still a costume. At Ross's advice to leave Skid and Pump alone, he simply snarls and calls him a "killjoy." Robert politely asks the kids for candy and they allow the gang to take it. Roy takes more than the others, leaving the kids a little confused. Roy is seen again, with Ross and Robert telling him that they understand and that everything is going to be okay, for which he thanks them. He is interrupted by Skid and Pump who want to apologize to him, but he interrupts them, wanting to punch them. Ross and Robert hold his arms once more. Skid and Pump apologize to them for being annoying. The Hatzgangs release Roy and tell Skid and Pump that they didn't do anything and that they're fine. Roy, however, disagrees with that. Skid tells Roy that they (Skid & Pump) appreciate him. Roy seems confused, and Ross and Robert stare at Roy judgingly, asking him what he did to them. He responds by saying that he didn't do anything to them. Robert questions why they are acting like this, before Roy pulls them (Ross and Robert) away, saying that if they wanted him to do something to them, he would do it. He decided to... beat up Skid and Pump. He returns to Ross and Robert and asks them if they were happy, to which they reply "NO!". Pump assures them that they would be fine, but Robert insists that Roy apologize to Skid and Pump, to which Roy questions why he would apologize to them. Skid tells Robert it's okay and Pump tells them they have to go. They say goodbye before leaving. Ross punches Roy's arm for what he has done, to which Roy shouts "OW" in pain. Later in the episode, Moloch possesses him briefly before vomiting him up and gasping for air on his hands and knees.
