Tobe seems to have a very deep, hoarse voice as if he were always sick in the throat, this is because he repeatedly screams, his complexion is a little pink and he has black and evil eyes although from time to time you can see them with a friendly glow (very rarely) he carries with him a couple of clumsy ninjas that sometimes manage to get a laugh out of you, sometimes he is not with them but it is usually very unusual.
