Etihw has black eyes with black pupils, white skin, short black hair, and wears a "crown" of white diamonds. Her clothing is mostly white and gray, she wears a long dress with a cape decorated with geometric diamond shapes, and overall her appearance is quite feminine. Five white diamonds float around her head and body. In the past, her appearance was somewhat different, her clothes had a more detailed diamond pattern, the diamonds were sharper and finer in shape. Etihw usually has a flirtatious attitude, in the "que sera, sera" style, she is always somewhat vague and informal. Compared to other gods, he has a more innocent and naive outlook on topics such as the brutality and negativity of other worlds, as well as being lacking in knowledge on various subjects. Because of this, Etihw becomes overwhelmed when dealing with new and uncomfortable topics, such as being captured and tortured, to the point of crying. Despite his usual casual attitude, Etihw is able to behave in a mature and serious manner when the situation calls for it, such as when Ivlis and his subordinates invade the Gray Garden, like now, and threaten the peace. In the past, Etihw's personality was colder, but she has since changed; the only time remnants of her former self are revealed is when Ivlis threatens Kcalb's life. In this case, since Ivlis killed and stole Kcalb's power, aside from having her old personality now, she is frustrated, angry, resentful, and scared.

For unknown reasons, Etihw sealed his devil counterpart Kcalb in the Underworld. He was sealed for centuries, until he broke free, starting a war against the Angels. During the "Great War", Etihw was one of the central catalysts, leading the Angels. Fighting against Kcalb, he brutally slaughtered Demons. Kcalb also slaughtered Angels. When the war ended, Etihw was left with only two of his closest subordinates. In memory of those who perished in the war, Etihw "reincarnated" some of the fallen warriors as young Angels without their original memories or with reversed personalities.

Former relationships: Kcalb

Kcalb is Etihw's demonic counterpart. He often teases him about all sorts of things and frequently wins games like Othello and they argue; despite their constant banter they get along very well and care for each other deeply, enough so that other similarly powerful figures, see Reficul, mention the idiosyncrasies of their relationship compared to other Gods and Devils. They share a very deep and close bond, to the point that Kcalb has something of a sixth sense that alerts him to the state Etihw is in. In the past, they were great enemies, with Etihw sealing Kcalb in the Underworld for centuries for unknown reasons. The two fought in the "Great War" after Kcalb was released from his prison, each killing the other's subordinates. Right hand: Wodahs

Wodahs is Etihw's right-hand man and subordinate, having served him even before the Great War. Wodahs takes orders directly from Etihw and Kcalb, and is often the mediator when they begin to argue, acting as a father to the two. Wodahs claims that the reason he chose to remain with only one eye was so that Etihw and Kcalb would never forget what happened in the Great War between Angels and Demons. Enemy/Invader: Ivlis

Ivlis attempted to invade Etihw's kingdom, a task he accomplished with some difficulty, only earning Etihw's enmity. After the conquest of the Gray Garden and the defeat of Yosafire's group, her friends and Kcalb, Etihw was deeply pained by this, swearing that she will kill Ivlis no matter how she can defeat him now without Kcalb's help.

Medium friend: Reficul

Reficul was a "passing demon" who assisted the forces against Ivlis' invasion, though Etihw never met her personally until after the demon's successful invasion; but they communicated through Etihw's diamonds when she was trapped in the Flame World. The two never met each other fully, and are on good terms as Reficul's help did help a little, but it wasn't enough to prevent Ivlis' successful invasion and Ivlis' theft of power from Kcalb.

Current status: Killed by Ivlis's minions. Although she was a crucial ally in the invasion, she did not prevent Ivlis from seizing power.
