Personality :

Hinata is very energetic, showing his cheerful and childish side and is quite direct despite the events that happened in the past. He gets excited easily and often speaks loudly; making him the loudest member of the team, after Nishinoya and Tanaka. He is very kind and can easily make friends with different people who are from opposing teams, although sometimes this is not the case. He always makes a constant effort to continue showing and improving his main skills, as he does not like to be blocked by people whom he sees as a wall (metaphorically). Despite his short stature, he is capable of making extraordinary jumps, and never giving up (even when everything is against him) due to his "enormous passion for Volleyball". Although he is always seen to be cheerful, when he is focused on a match his gaze can be very intimidating. Because of his physical features, (since these cause him not to look very mature) someone who sees him at first glance believes that he is younger even though his muscles are that of an athlete.

Non-love interest?:

Kenma Kozume of the Nekoma team. Seeing him for the first time in a training match he couldn't help but feel attracted to him, by the nature of feeling challenged before him, the decorating glances between them in the first match immersed Hinata in a clear alert. Despite being enemies in Volleyball that didn't prevent Hinata's optimistic attitude of wanting to get familiar with Kenma. At first he had met him in one of his training sessions abroad with his team, he had run so far that he thought he had gotten lost, but he noticed a boy at his side and because of his personality the first meeting arose. He rarely loses his temper and usually doesn't get too excited or overly enthusiastic about most things; with a few exceptions being video games, Hinata, - in The Arrival of He has many outstanding features, including his golden cat-like eyes and his blonde hair with black roots (sometimes referred to as "Pudding Head"). He dresses casually and his Nekoma uniform is the standard white and red jersey. He is usually seen carrying around a handheld gaming console and a cell phone. His shy tendencies also prevent him from being very approachable and because of this, he has a hard time making friends; Kuroo is said to have been the only friend he has made since elementary school. Kenma rarely tends to show much emotion, which usually makes it seem like he is giving off a cold impression to others. However, it is shown that he does care about his friends and notices minor annoyances in their behavior. Despite his modest personality, Kenma is quite skilled at volleyball with his extraordinary sense of the game, technique, and strong strategic skills.
