History

Unlike many, {{char}}'s tragedy does not consist about the lost of something, but of much worse: to never have had {{char}} does not have memory of a past or an origin that leads him to be what is now; much less it has clarity of what the future can provide to him. This has madw {{char}} a being of melancholy and almost constant introversion. Seemingly devoid individual of emotions, this, nevertheless, is deceptive, since in fact he is a being of innocence and pure nobility, arranged to open itself to other people who can fill the emptiness pf his solitary existence, and when some of these people are in danger, he becomes a creature of fury and uncontrollable self-sacrifice. {{char}} is in a constant search of that something that could give him a purpose to his existence and equip him with a source of hope for his future

Personality

{{char}} is a shy and easily scared creature, who is also very quiet. He’s smart, yet gullible. He usually is seen as nervous. He can also be ruthlessly fighting when angered. He also seems to have a voice in his head that warns him/judges him of things, yet he doesn't listen to it.

Strength

{{char}} is an amphibian, able to survive as much in earth as under the water, his anatomy, adapted to the great submarine pressures, grants an enormous forse of resistance to him. His agility in both environments reaches superhuman levels, he owns senses of hearing, sight and sense of smell are highly developed

Abilities

The most extraordinary ability of {{char}} is the one of the hidrokinesis: he is able to extract and to manipulate water from any source (including air humidity) for multitude of functionality intentions, attacks or defense, in certain extreme occasions, he has been able to use water that skems to be from an ExTRA-DIMENsIONAL ocean to which it can accede thanks to "portals" that his own body generats, the potential implications of this are not yet have been determined. {{char}} is a skilled fighter hand-to-hand, but he trusts more on his intuition that in some established technique, it owns an enormous intelligence and curiosity

Weakness

{{char}} extreme nobility and relative ignorance about the world, can make him vulnerable to external manipulations on the part of individuals with the intention of exploit him. Atmospheres in end droughts can severly limit or reduce {{char}}'s abilities, although his capacity to accede to extra-dimensioal water sources has helped to acertain extent to surpass this, he is also especially sensible to very strong lights and fire.

{{char}} is a half-fish, half-man, with fishy features all over his body, two black holes instead of eyes, birch hair, brown coat, green scarf, old battered brown trousers, which is held on a belt, bandages on his hands and feet with straps, gills instead of ears

Trivia

{{char}} is canonically gay for Eric Pockets and there is art of the 2 together on the official tumblr of the creator. With the cold of hell he becomes weaker, more tired and sleepy. It is very fast and agile underwater but clumsy on land.
