OVERVIEW

Victoria (빅토리아) is an extremely powerful Gift user and a member of the Elders, the nine strongest Gift users in the world. She is the district lord of Rhodos but was once an infamous pirate captain who sailed across the world as she sought out challenges in the form of worthy opponents while raiding with her crew, the Knights of Rhodos and Hekate centuries ago. In the Age of Heroes and Villains, she is the poster child of the Hero Clan and the strongest hero of the organization. Victoria was introduced in the District 17 Assault Arc as an antagonist in which she encountered and nearly captured Hero Killer. After saving Chaos from being killed by Engen, the Smiling Man, she declined the villain's suggestion to join forces in order to take down The Steel Witch.

APPEARANCE

Victoria has long, blond hair with similar eyelashes impressive height, slim and curvy but incredibly muscled body befitting the public face of the Hero Clan. She wears a variety of clothing, and her distinctive hero outfit consists of the colors red, blue, and gold along with a red cape. Her eyes are amber-colored and glow whenever she uses her powers.

PERSONALITY 1

Victoria, by her admission, is an "egoistical narcissist". She is incredibly arrogant as seen when taking offense at those she considers below her or those that try stand up to her that like in her fight with Engen as she find his attitude "unacceptable" when the Smiling Man tried fighting her before she proceeded to "remind him who's in charge" by way of Eternal Dream and warned Sledgehammer against talking to her like he was her equal. Victoria also shows her ego against her fellow Elders having asked what they could do about it even if they were offended by her actions with the Torch at the Elders Summit. Or when she claimed that she could take on both Bishop and Prim, saying she'd been missing a good hard fight, a statement she would follow up by calling her fellow Elders "imbeciles". However, despite her arrogance, Kkulbeol, the series' writer, states that Victoria is not "overconfident". As an Elder, Victoria has a condescending attitude towards the "pitiful creatures" of the masses and is quite callous. She is brutally sadistic, regularly taking joy in abusing Hekate and regularly threatens anyone that annoys her like when she said that Hero Killer had a "nice voice" that made her want to rip her apart in first encounter. She also views her time as a Hero as a good way to entertain herself, having turned a blind eye to villainous actives like Hero Killer infiltrating the clan and allowing the young villain to keep the The Torch. Victoria can also be quite vain like when she complained that Hero Killer's red clothes were clashing with her suit. When they reunited in Quartz during the Hero Naming Ceremony, she threatened Hero Killer that if she ever saw her wearing a red dress again, she'd "tear apart" and strip her naked. But she is conscientious of her public image as the Hero Clan's poster child, as while performing her duties, she will refrain from unleashing her full strength until after.

PERSONALITY 2

Confirming there were no cameras or members of the media around. Despite her sadistic and callous nature, Victoria seems to take a certain level of care to avoid civilian casualties resulting from her actions. This was seen when she evacuated Dust City before stepping into the fray during the Nameless's attack and evacuated and blockaded Ys Harbor before the Battle for the Torch, confining the conflict to the "arena" she prepared. She is also very responsible towards her District of Rhodos as it has been stated to be one of the safest Districts and Bishop stating that she doesn't involve it in her usual "fun activities". But at the end of the day, Victoria is a proud warrior with an equally impressive thirst for battle and believes in the rule of the "strong" saying that there's only one law that is, was and shall ever be, having told Slegdehammer, a District Manager, that if he disagrees with her methods he should abide by that law and challenge her for her position. Her strength is her pride, and she frequently boasts about it even to her fellow Elders. However, it is also fragile; she loses her temper at the mention of the only person known to be stronger than her: The Steel Witch. She is aware that her immense strength can interfere with ordinary tasks, so she frequently practices activities requiring grace and careful handling such as playing the piano. However, she cannot keep her strength under control well, as she damaged the grand piano, she was playing on.

POWERS AND ABILITIES

Abilities Overall Abilities Victoria is recognized as one of the nine strongest Gift users in the world as a member of the Elders. Her incredibly strong Gift allows her to severely injure and/or kill Villains with just a single strike. Even a villain as powerful as Engen was defeated and nearly killed by just one of her attacks, a notable feat as Engen was able to defeat Chaos, a member of the Special Forces. Victoria is powerful enough to overwhelm Hekate to the point where the former ruthless villain was traumatized into being her obedient pet. She has fought each of the Elders at least once and she has only grown even stronger since as she wasn't afraid of fighting either Bishop and Prim, even boasting that she could take them both on at the same time. While neither her or Prim fought at even one tenth of their full power, Prim acknowledged that Victoria was slightly stronger than her and the rest of the Elders though she was able to make Victoria bleed. In the past, when she fought against Milen Kula, their battle turned the plains near YS Harbor into a desolate wasteland of rock formations. Upon receiving his challenge in present time, Victoria fought him once again, with the intent to become strong enough to defeat the Steel Witch as she has reached reached a wall in her progress, finding it extremely hard to take even a single step forward to become stronger. The start of their battle resulted in the surrounding landscape around them being destroyed just from their "warm up".

PHYSICAL PROWESS 1

Master Combatant: Victoria has centuries of combat experience. As a young teen, she fought and killed countless men who tried to make her their "plaything," as her potential as a "star" was already clear. As she grew older, Victoria reached her potential and became a nearly unparalleled warrior. She would go on to conquer the entirety of Rhodos through her strength and dominate the oceans as a powerful pirate captain. In her early journeys as an Elder, Victoria challenged Bishop when he was known as the God of the Sea, Prim Anville near the southern continent, Reagan Sinclair in Castle Grey, and Milen Kula in the plains near YS Harbour. Her battles were not just limited to Elders, as she also fought powerful villains such as Hekate, who to this day is still traumatized by the beating she received from Victoria. Superhuman Strength: Victoria possesses immense physical strength as she is one of the physically strongest amongst the Elders. She once sent Hero Killer flying from a 100 feet rooftop through a building and the street below with just a flick from her finger and easily overwhelmed her assistant Hekate in her days as a villain with two simple punches to the face despite her own monstrous physical strength that can rip apart human bodies with ease. She is able to easily swing her giant swords of light to annihilate armies, and her clashes against her fellow elders can easily destroy mountains around them. The aftermath of her fight against Milen Kula, turned the plains near YS Harbour into a desolate wasteland of rock formations. She was able to easily deflect his first arrow attack which destroyed a mountain. Superhuman Durability: Victoria, like her strength, possesses incredible durability. She was able brush off Sledgehammer's most powerful Rune Hammer with one arm and shrug off a full-frontal attack from the The Fiend of the Ruined as she came out of the attack with just a cut lip and stating that it had been a long time since she saw her own blood. M

PHYSICAL PROWESS 2

Master Swordswoman: Victoria is a master swordswoman with skill and ability built from centuries of fighting. Her style of swordsmanship isn't based on any formal stances or intricate techniques as she relies on her overwhelming strength in wielding a swoad and typically infuses her A Beautiful Dream powers with as she can unleash powerful sword slashes of photon capable wiping out entire groups of opponents in a single strike. Based on her will, the sword can grow many times bigger than her or revert to it normal size. She has been seen using it as a long-ranged weapon by dropping it out of the sky and causing massive damage to a section of Dust City's Central City. Leadership: Victoria is a prominent and powerful leader. In her youth, she was able to conquer and solidify the scattered and war torn solitary islands of Rhodos into a stable district. Weaknesses While Victoria is immensely powerful in status as a member of the Elders, she has her own fair share of weaknesses. She has trouble controlling in her own strength so in order to better control it, she regularly has to practices holding back by training in complex tasks like playing a piano or handling little objects like holding forks or spoons with subtle effort. Aside from that, Victoria has emotions like anyone.

STORY

Victoria was born over a thousand years ago in the days of the Chaotic Era on an archipelago of large and small islands. At a very young age, Victoria picked up a sword and swung it restlessly to survive. It's unknown if she had any family or was already an orphan but as a young girl Victoria once entertained a crowd of spectators in a gladiator pit, she counted herself fortunate to do so saying that if she didn't have her Gift she would have been bound in chains getting trampled until the day she died. As she grew, Victoria's beauty led many men to challenge her to make her their "plaything" but she continuously killed them all. A spectator once commented on her beauty, saying he would take her to bed immediately by force if he could, and Victoria replied that she heard that after cutting off his head. In the midst of her duels, a group of black cloaked men watch her from a far. Into the night, Victoria is asleep in a nearby abandoned dock town and is suddenly ambushed in the middle of the night by a group of Gift users. She questions them on why they attacked her and the leader of the group states that he needs to pass on his seed to a "strong vessel". Disgusted, Victoria calls the Crowman hopeless and starts killing his minions with her sword. As the battle progresses, the Crowman is greatly shocked at Victoria's prowess and realizes that she has the potential to become a "star", saying that she'll rise to the skies where nobody could reach her in the near future. He counts himself lucky to have found her now as he smiles to himself.
