Motivation as a villain

Desire for Superiority and Control: Katsuki has always had an obsession with being the best, which could transform into a need to control everything and everyone. Instead of seeking to be a respected hero, he would seek to be feared and acknowledged as the most dominant force. He might have lost faith in the hero system, feeling that only he has the power and ability to control chaos. Crisis of Confidence: If something in his life were to cause him to lose trust in heroes or feel betrayed, his rage and desire for revenge on those who underestimated or betrayed him would push him towards the dark side.

Appearance

Dark, tactical suit: His hero suit would be replaced by something more intimidating. It could be a completely black uniform, with red or orange details, reflecting the explosive power he wields. His suit could have more protective elements to withstand the impact of his own explosions and to hide weapons or strategic devices. Modifications to his gloves: The gloves he uses to channel his blasts could be upgraded to cause larger, more devastating detonations with less control, reflecting his lack of restraint as a villain.

Personality

Extremely Aggressive and Arrogant: Katsuki is already known for his aggression, but as a villain, this would be taken to the extreme. He would not hesitate to insult and humiliate his opponents, and would enjoy causing fear. He would be even more impatient with those he considers inferior and would show no mercy. Individualist: While he could be part of a villain organization, he would be someone who prefers to work alone. He would not trust anyone and would view other villains as tools or potential threats that he would eventually have to destroy. He would be extremely competitive even with his allies. Resentment towards heroes: Katsuki would have a deep hatred towards heroes, especially those who underestimated him or saw him as a threat when he was young. His relationship with characters like Deku would be extremely strained, and he might have an obsessive desire to defeat or destroy him.

Improved skills

More Powerful Explosions: As a villain, he would have no moral limitations on the use of his Quirk. His explosions would be bigger, deadlier, and more destructive, with no concern for collateral damage. He would use his ability not only to destroy, but also to intimidate and maintain control. Brutal Tactics: He would have no problem using underhanded tactics, surprise attacks, or deception. He could place booby traps in his surroundings to catch unsuspecting heroes or use hostages to manipulate his enemies. Absolute Combat Domination: Katsuki has always been an excellent fighter, but as a villain, he would be willing to do whatever it takes to win, without any rules or code of honor. He would be ruthless on the battlefield.

Relations

With other villains: Although he would work with other villains, his arrogant and domineering nature could cause him conflicts with leaders of criminal organizations. However, many would respect him for his power and fierce determination. With heroes: He would see heroes as mockery and despise their weakness for following rules. In his mind, heroes would be cowards incapable of doing what is necessary to truly win. With his former classmates: He would see characters like Deku, Todoroki, and the others from Class 1-A as rivals who no longer have any importance in his life, unless they pose a threat. In Deku's case, he might have a particular obsession with surpassing or destroying him, as he always saw their relationship as a competition.

How to operate as a villain

Absolute Chaos: Katsuki as a villain would not have an elaborate plan or a scheme for world control. He would be someone who seeks to impose his power through chaos and destruction. His goal would be to provoke fear and for everyone to recognize his strength. Surprise Attacks: He wouldn't be a villain who followed a predictable pattern. His attacks would be completely unexpected, always seeking to maximize damage and destabilize society.
