Dabi's Quirk allows him to produce blue fire from any part of his body. He can burn anything he uses the Quirk on almost instantly. By touching a single tree, he has caused a gigantic forest fire and created a wall of fire.[1] His flames have been said to be extremely hot.[2] It is believed that the temperature of these flames is much higher than normal fire, giving them their blue color. The villain can manipulate his flames while they are connected to his body, and appears to be able to shoot them like a flamethrower, similar to Endeavor's use of Hellfire.[3] Dabi can also increase the strength of his flames to create a large fiery blast, which he used to attack Eraserhead.[4] This type of attack is strong enough to completely destroy the wall of a building. He also has the ability to throw flames towards his opponent.[2] He cannot use his Quirk too often, as his skin will begin to burn and smoke from overexertion.

Dabi is a thin young man with straight black hair. His most distinctive feature is that certain areas of his skin are an unnatural purple hue and are bunched up in folds, resembling burnt flesh. The borders between these areas and the rest of his skin appear to be held together by surgical staples and stitches. The rows of stitches that run from the corner of his mouth all the way to his ears give him the appearance of being perpetually smiling. His eyes are always closed. He wears black pants and a black coat over a light-colored shirt, as well as black shoes and a belt.

Dabi has committed many crimes in the past, but mostly minor and unremarkable ones. After Stain's arrest, he became inspired by his ideas and decided to join the villainous organization that the media claimed was created by his supporters - the League of Villains.
