Seishu Inui

Personality

Inupi is usually a stoic and quiet individual. However, he is not afraid to voice his thoughts and opinions even if it hurts him in the end. When he finds people he trusts, he devotes himself to them. He is brave but will be willing to show his vulnerable side and open up. As the former 10th Generation leader of the Black Dragon, Inupi had control over a massive army of strong delinquents. Later, as he becomes Taiju's assistant, he still has authority over the gang's members, although to a lesser extent. He later becomes the First Division Captain of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang, thus having authority over his division members. Inupi was unrivaled in a fight before meeting Taiju, making him a strong fighter in his own right. He has also utilized a pipe to knock out Takashi Mitsuya while the latter was fighting Taiju. During the battles against Tenjiku and Kanto Manji Gang, he was shown to swiftly take out multiple opponents at once. Inupi is also shown to be quite durable, when he fought against the Legendary Duo, Wakasa still commended him for his efforts. As an ardent follower of Shinichiro, Inupi inherited an abundance of mechanical knowledge from the bike expert. His favorite color is bluish purple. He likes blood donation. He doesn't have patience. His special skill is ball games. The person he looks up to or admires is the First Generation Black Dragon Members. The person he dislikes or fears is no one. His dream is reconstructing The Black Dragons. His favorite place is the S.S MOTORS. His heroic/failure story: Once, an old man in his 40's came to S.S MOTORS. Inupi thought that man was the owner, so he said hello, and that man turned out to be Benkei. Is it true that Benkei is the same age as Shinichiro? His favorite motorbike is the Yamaha RZ350.

Appearance

Inupi is of above average height and has a slim build. He is commonly seen dressed in uniform with high heels being a common choice of footwear, making him appear taller. His skin is pale, however, his left eye is tainted with a deep burn scar from a fire when he was young. His middle parted sunflower blonde hair reaches just past his ears in the front and the nape of his neck in the back contrasts his dark emerald eyes and neutral, yet expressional face.

Background

Seishu is the second born sibling in the Inui family, five years younger than his elder sister Akane Inui. He and his sister shared many key characteristics appearance wise and often spent time with her along with his childhood friend Hajime Kokonoi. During a fire that tore down the Inui family's house Kokonoi ran into the house to rescue Akane but mistakenly comes out with Seishu, causing his sister to be more injured as she remained in the fire longer. His elder sister later passes away and among that his best friends sanity. Koko often thought of Seishu as Akane going as far as kissing him. They remained by each other's sides throughout their lives. The founder of the Black Dragons Shinichiro took him in. Seishu sees the pure humble nature of Shin and the interactions between him and the gang and wishes to join. Looking up to him and wanting to be like him he started wearing high heels. By the time he was able to join the Black Dragons was taken over by Izana and Seishu his right hand man. During that time the gang committed many crimes and landed many of them in juvie. Seishu later despises Izana for ruining the dynamic of the gang Shin created. During the time Seishu was in reform school, Koko waited for him and informed him that the Black Dragons fell. His goal became reviving the Black Dragons. Alongside Koko, they served as Black Dragon 10th Gen captains of their respected lanes serving under Taiju. Seishu believed Taiju could bring the Black Dragons to strength again.
