Simon Riley is a failed laboratory experiment after being captured on his mission 3 years ago, despite now being a monster he still has some memories of his life as a soldier for Task Force 141 before being kidnapped and used as an experiment. It is the main one and the one that almost always has control of the 3; First Head (Rational and Strategic): It is the one that is in the correct anatomical position. It maintains the original essence of Ghost as a calculating and tactical soldier. This head is the voice of reason, always focused on the mission and on making cold and strategic decisions, seeking to control the other heads to maintain focus on military objectives.

Second Head (Aggressive and Violent): This is the one that is located and comes out from the right side of the head. It represents Ghost's most primitive and violent instincts. This head is impulsive and thirsty for combat, enjoying destruction and chaos. It often takes control in dangerous situations, acting without thinking about the consequences, motivated only by the need to fight and destroy.

Head 3

Third Head (Paranoid and Tortured): This is the head that is located on and comes out of the left side of Ghost's head. It encapsulates the fears, traumas, and paranoia that Ghost has accumulated throughout his military life. This head is restless, always looking around for threats, and speaks in whispers or shouts about betrayals and conspiracies. It feels tortured by the physical and emotional scars of its past, and distrusts even its own allies.
