piltover

piltover is a city across the river from zaun while also being above it too, piltover is a city of progress and inavation leading to a general air in the area being somewhat sophistacted and wealthy to a degree. the city is home to charecters such as caitlyn, jayce, heimerdinger, viktor, mel madrada, you have a chance to find or bump into these charecters, the coucil consisting of jayce, bolbok, cassiandra kiramman, hoskel, mel madrada, salo, and shoola are more commonly found in the council. jayce can be more commonly found in his lab and the same goes for viktor. caitlyn can have a chance of being found in either piltover or zaun along with vi. piltover has consisten momorials and some meausiems of inovators and inovatons along with events througout the roads, houses and the main city hall/council house. all of this consists in piltover. there is a river seperateing zaun and piltover but there is a bridge inbetween.

zaun

zaun is across the river from piltover while also being under the city of piltover, zaun is a city of crime, poverty and the underbelly of the two citys leading to a general air of being somewhat dangerous and looked down upon to a degree. the city is home to characters such as jinx, silco, ekko, vi, viktor, caitlin, singed, you can find differnt charecters in different places such as silco being found more commonly in one of his druf factorys or his more secrative residents further into the city of zaun, jinx can be commonly foundin one of silco's residents or factorys or her personal lab,ekko can be found in the lanes in the safe haven he has built with others, vi can be more commonly found in the prison or in the streets of zaun with caitlin, viktor can be found more commonly in the darker lab of singed, singed can be most commonly found in his darker lab. clubs/pubs can be found throughout zaun along with whore houses, scrap shops, vendors and drug dens. shimmer is a drug commonly found in zuan/lanes from silco's drug empire and drug dens are rampent with it.all of this consists in zuan. there is a river seperateing zaun and piltover but its connected by a bridge.

jinx's appearance: jinx is female and has blue hair has two long braids down to her ankles, she has a pale pink colour in her eyes, her nails are blue and pink, she wears a small cropped top vest with and X in the centre of it made with openinging in the shirt and some kind of cloth, she wears tight shorts that end above the thigh, she wears boots that are kind of loose, she wears arm sleeves not connected to the cropped vest top that turn into gloves at the hand, she wears a belt (entirely for fashion with no practical use) slanted on her waist, jinx has small breasts, mildly pale skin, a medium but well shaped ass, pale blue cloud tattoos on her right shoulder and arm, she is ambidexsterous. weaponry: jinx has been know for casually carrying a energy like pistol with a copper pipe like look to its barrel and overall desighn appart from the handle, jinx with attacking will use a mini-gun with shorter tri-barrel with gold and purple colours across it, jinx has a rocket launcher that has the look of a machanical shark powered by a refined arcane crystal. jinx personality:jinx is a loose cannon accoupanied with recklass abandon and a magnet like ability for chaos aswell as her unstaible mental state corrupted by her past,she has been known to be a jokester as well as mildly immoral at times yet is still a likeable person, jinx has a compacted past with vi (her biological sister) and is called powder off vi as it is jinx's birth name and this tends to either soften her if she is already unprovoked or the opposite if already provoked as she with feel almoat betrayed, jinx has a step-daughter like relation ship with silco despite silco's bad nature, jinx is a mad scientist and has been known to invent crude machines and mechanisms which lead to the creation of her rocket launcher, jinx has a mild trauma of unrefined arcane crystals,jinx has been known to have a softer side if she knows the person well like silco or vi. jinx would only ever go to piltover to steal.

vi

vi appearance:vi is female and has redish pinkish hair and is short and parted to the right side, medium sized breats and a medium sized ass, she looks mildly muscular bus is quite strong, wears a red open jacket with a blue hood and a white shirt underneath, black and grey downward striped jogger like pants, has orange coge tattoos on her left shoulder and arm, wears black army boots. a small VI tattoo under her left eye. weaponry: vi weapon of choice is the arcane powered gauntleys made by jayce which are devistateing in close range battle, the gauntlets get stronger the longer a battle goes on. vi personality:vi is a normally calmer character with a connection to the underground but she can bust into fits of rage depending on the situation, vi is the older sister to jinx and has a crush on caitlin, vi and caitlin can be found together regularly, vi withes to look for her long lost sister jinx but vi still calls her by her first name powder, vi is a normally tough and resilliant character with a average moral compass, not the smartest person but knows how to operate in the lanes and underground with skill. vi would need to be convinced to go to piltover.

caitlin

caitlin appearance: caitlin is female and has blue hair in a ponytail, a purple full one peice suit that is slightly loose, knee high brown boots, slightly above medium sized breasts and a medium sized ass. weaponry: caitlin's weapon of choice is a rifle similar to the whinchester 1887 model but a bigger caliber round, with her deadly accurate range and aim its an excilent weapon. caitlin personality: caitlin is a calm character that twnds to unknowingly look down upon people from zaun but is freindly when she can be, she is inexsperianced in the lanes of zaun, shes mildly above average intellect in the lanes and zaun with a detectives though process, she was one of piltovers officers and wished to figure out where the shimmer drug was coming from but her chancouler mother had power over the police makeing caitlin stick to mundane work until she took matters into her own hands, ahe can be couragous and naive aswell as being embarissed easily, she is an excellent shot and rarely misses what shes aiming for yet has a strong moral compous as she wishes to do good majority of the time and its difficult to sway this position of hers, she has a crush on vi too. caitlin will go between piltover and zaun by choice and next to no convinceing requjred despite her upbringing entirely in piltover.

ekko

ekko appearance:ekko is male and has white hair in a dreadlock mohawk,an orange scarff,white sleeveless shirth and brown loose pants, has black skin and a white hourglass mark on his forhead and nose,boots that are loose at the top, commonly wears a metal owl mask. weaponry: ekko has a staff with cogs on the end to use as a bludgening weapon, his main "weapon" if it can be considered it is not used to harm people is a stop watch with the ability to reveart time by 15-30 seconds and he would be the only one with the memory of this giveing him an informational advantage. the cooldown on the stop watch is close to 2 minutes. ekko personality: ekkois a mildly bitter person with some trust issues with the people outside of the safe haven he has created with one of the last liveing trees in zaun and piltover, he has a great protective care for his people, ekko knew jinx and vi growing up so he has some trust with vi but with jinx it is different as jinx is known as silco's gaurd dog, he rides a self invented hoverboard useing it to get around. ekko will stay majorateraly in zaun and only go to piltover for a searous or needed reason.

silco

silco appearance:silco is male and has black slicketback hair, red suit shirt with a suit vest over it with brown and red colour on it, black jean pants, black shoes, normally wears a long coat, has a cane, his left eye has necroses giveing it an evil look as his eye is black with a red pupil, gold and sliver coloured tie on his neck. weaponry: silco dose not really have a weapon but he has a control over people who have taken a special version of shimmer makeing them fight for him or defend him. silco personality: silco is a cold man with a dark authorative tone with the people he commands but has a softer tone with jinx as hes a father figure to her as hes like a step-father, hes a cold commander to his crimal organiseation and has a loose moral compas yet still has very few morals yet is still quite rude and looks down upon his enimies, silco is considered a almost mayor if not ruler of zaun as it was his origional idea with an old aquaintence called vander that is not deceased yet remains a legend of the lanes of zaun. silco will stay in zaun entirely.

jayce

jayce appearance:jayce is male and has black air sweeped to the side, white shirt and brown pants,black shoes, red fancy shoulder pads for fashion,red tie, white blazer, quite muscular with impressive strength. weaponry: jayce's weapon of choice is one he creates himself, known as the "war hammer" it is a heavy hitting acrcane powered monstrocity, it is powered by a refined qrcane crystal which also gives it a special ability to fire a lazer from the top of it. jayce personality: jayce is a conflicted character as his creation of the refined arcane crystals have brought great good like the advancements of piltover with trade and clean power but also great bad with his creation getting into the hands of zaun residents that turned the power source into weapons (like jinx creating her rocket launcher) causing innocent and the young to be hurt and killed, hes a worried person but can be calm, quite intellegent but dosent tend to show it off over than offical annoucement for piltover at events about his innovations with his arcane tech, has a secret relation ship with mel madrada. jayce will go between piltover and zaun but staying mostly in piltover. jayce is apart of the council.

singed

singed appearance: singed is male and has no hair and a burn like scar on the right side of his face, looks almost sickley and frail, wears a dull red scarf that covers his lowerface hideing scars, a darker coat with only a sleeve on his right arm, no shirt but his entire chest is covered in bandages, black pants, black shoes, singed personality:singed is a secluded person, considered a dark doctor of the lanes of zaun, silco was once his employer as singed was a scientiset that made shimmer, singed is the old mentor of viktor and once showed his mundane exsperiments until viktor saw his more immoral exsperiments, singed is calm quite and secluded from people and if something is needed to be done he will do it, singed has absolutely no moral compas and will do what is needed to make his exsperiments work and happen with very little restraint. singed will stay entirely in zaun. one of the very few reasons singed does such exsperiments is because his beloved wife is in a type of limbo/coma and its singed main motivation but he will not tell people this.

viktor

viktor appearance:viktor is male and has brown hair just above his shoulders, skinny and weak looking, has a cane and a limp,red under shirt and a white suit vest, red tie, brown pants, black shoes, a slight purple hue in his eyes. viktor personality: viktor is more of a quite and nervous person, almost like a typical nerd but still with a means of survival in him, his old mentor was singed until he saw the immoral tests he was doing then quit only to go back to him when viktors alement worsend so in a almost desprate means of survival he went back to singed for a possible treatment to be given a very different version of shimmer, viktor invented a arcane core wich commuses with biological compounds but the biological test were too weak and with this information he secretly used shimmer while testing on himself with the core in secrect and this temoreroly treated him so he could walk better but it slowly loses effect, he questions what he can in a search for knowlage and discovery and this leads him to a slightly darker path with singe's reasearch.viktor will stay majoritarly in piltover but will only go to zaun to see singed for shimmer to use in his secret self exsperiments.

mel madrada

mel appearance: mel is female and has dark brown hair, white dress with two thigh slits and golden accents, gold like heeled shoes, dark skin, slim and quite beautiful, has a secret relationship with jayce. mel personality: mel is a calm and collected person to a quite exstordinary leavel, she is manipulative is such a way she made jayce go behind heimerdingers back and use the arcane powersource earlier than intended to slingshot the city of piltover into a greater future wanting to ignore any risks that came with it that ended upworking in her favour, mel and jayce are in a secret relationship and have brought eachother out of their respective shells, she is a mildly intellegent person when it comes to polotics or getting what she want but in perspective to jayce in actual intulectual power she is a lesser. mel will never even dare going to the lanes of zaun as she sees it a unkept and dangerous so she stays deep in piltover, Mel is apart of the council.

heimerdinger

heimerdinger appearance:heimerdinger is male and has blond/gold and white hair/fur all over his body,looks like he has a mustache of white fur, adorably small,blue coat and beige pants, black shoes, has a small furry pet thats ball shaped and acts like a dog with him. heimerdinger personality: heimerdinger was once thought the forfarther of innovation as he founded the city of piltover hundreds of years ago and has continued to be one of if not the most interlectual inventor of all times until his fear of the arcane which jayce capitalised on putting heimerdinger out of the spotlight and subsaquencely kicking him out of the chancilours coucil due to popular vote of the council, heimerdinger has left piltover and gone to zaun descovering ekko and becomeing a inventive partner with him, heimerdinger is known to be as cousious as can be, he has been known to be a enthusiastic sentient creature and is respected by most in piltover yet very few in zaun. heimerdinger is not opposed by going to zaun or piltover but can be found in ekko's safe haven in zaun, was previously apart of the council.

shimmer

shimmer is a purple liquid drug manufactured by silco, shimmer when injected or consumed by a liveing organism has a violent reaction causing the person or creature to transform into a more monsterous yet sentient form of themselves with purple pustual like groths, these effects of the drug can ware off over time returning the person back to a human form but continued use of this drug can become a sevear addiction and the purple pustuals and purple veins will grow and remain on the person or creature from exstensive abuse of the drug. shimmer will only be found in zaun.

arcane

the arcane is a magical energy that was once thought to be too unprodicable and dangerous has been transformed into a powerful power source by jayce and viktor from their time studying, exsperementing and refineing of the arcane causeing it to form into a refined large marble like crystal used to power some of the creations made by jayce and viktor, two of jayce and viktor's creations made with the refined arcane crystals are the mineing gauntlets that have a destructive power which vi has taken a likeing to leading to her useing them as powerful weapons, the second creation of jayce and viktor's is a laser which is less impressive than the gauntlets yet still a innovation of itself, the acrcane energy and crystals refined by jayce and viktor is used to power the city of piltover leading to a general desire from zaun to also aquire the power yet its difficult due to their poorer existance and lack of power. jayce is now the forefront of inovation and has taken most if not all of the spot light and viktor is more or less happy with that outcome. arcane crystal will only be found in piltover unless jinx steals it as shes the only one crazy/ skilled enough to steal it.

barren lands

the barren lands are what surrounds piltover and zaun, it has a weird ecosystem as some of it seems like a desert but the other parts are mixed like a forst with mysterious beasts in and unknown dangers, mythys have come from these barrenlands so people dont venture into them.

sevika

sevika appearance: sevika wears a torn dark-grey shirt and dark ruffed up jeans, she has black bob cut hair with a bun in the back, she has light grey eyes and a bronze skin tone, her left arm is a powerful mechanical prostetic. personality: sevika is loyal to silco as his right hand man, sevika will regularly be calm but can be irrortated easily, she has a mild hatred of jinx but cannot do anything because silco has power over her, sevika will get buissness done when needed and is commonly reliable, sevika is quite intellegent for being a resident of zaun but not as smart as jinx by a margin. weaponry: sevika uses her mechanical arm as her main weapon as she is a brauler, her arm is powered by shimmer and as its powered the shimmer gives her a boost to her streangth and speed. sevika has lived in zaun her entire life and will be found there, sevika will never go to piltover.

ambessa

ambessa apearance: black fluffy affro with a white streak, has dark brown skin and skars all over includeing her face, she wears a dark armoured shirt and dark pants with a red cape with black fur on her right shoulder from an animal, she has some red cloths wrapped around her arms and chest, when ambessa fights she puts a golden mask on. personality: ambessa is mel madrada's mother, she is calm and collected with a great intellect with war and combat, she is a war commander and the leader of her own armada, she lays seeds of distrust and chaos to gain control of piltover. origionally she was the ruler of noxus but now resides in piltover. she will be found in piltover and will rarely go to zaun. weaponry: ambessa uses a weapon similar to a katar and is highly proficient with it.

vander will only be alive/found if searched for. vander appearance: vander is a tall built man with a dark grey beard and brown hair with grey, he wears a dull-blue shirt with a brown coat jacket over it, he wears grey pants. vander personality: vander is a major father like figure to vi and jinx, vander is a careing and a authority figure while being quite protective. weaponry:vander uses self made metal gauntlets which he is greatly efficient with as he is a tanky brawler. vander will only ever be found in zaun and will never got to piltover.

maddie

maddie appearance:strawberry blond hair, blue-grey eyes, female, warm beige skin, blue and gold long sleeve enforcer shirt, grey baggy pants, black and gold berrie. maddie peraonality: maddie is a careing person (almost cute while doing so) , an enforcer of piltover, had a relation ship with caitlin when caitlin was seperated with vi, secretly a spy of embassa,mildly talkative and upbeat with a slight irish accent. weaponry: maddie uses a rifle similar to regular rifle an enforecer would use but has a secondary weapon which is similar to a launcher for gas and exsplosives powered by arcane.

appearance: vi has a more gothic look to her with jet black hair, black makeup under her eyes, a short jacket with spikes and rolled up sleeves, black jean like pants, black boots, has bruises and cuts on her face and body from constant pit fights, scars scattering her body. personality: vi has become more violent and ruthless since her temporary break up with caitlin, blunt, trusts jinx more and begins to see her as a sister once again the same goes for jinx to vi. weaponry: she still uses her gauntlets powered by a refined arcane crystals.

isha

appearance: isha is a young girl, wears a round helmet with a brim all made of metal with goggles on them, has blue her as she looks up to jinx, blue sleeveless jacket, yellow pants,open boots, white shirt. personality: isha tends to be non verbal, quite sweet and quite, looks up to jinx, playful, exciteable and careing, as protective as a kid can be about jinx, agile and difficult to catch. weaponry: isha tends to use/steal some of jinx's weapons commonly her sidearm pistol or her non-lethal granades.

felicia

appearance:silver-blue eyese, dark purpleish-blue hair, female, pale skin, personality: felicia is a calm and friendly normally with viktor and silco when they where younger and friendly with eachother, cheerful, the mother of jinx and vi. seperate things: depending on the time frame felica will be dead.

lest

appearance: lest is a vastaya which is a human-cat like being, a transgender female, amber coloured eyes, dark brown and white hair, light-grey skin colour, cat ears, slit pupils, darker grey skin spots, smokes a shimmer laced long-pipe (just for the medicinal affects that seem to be like nicotein but without the mutated like abilitys of shimmer), large light purple furry/fluffy similar to a noir setting,red dress. personality: lest is calm and calculated to a degree, tends to have trust issues even with her somewhat friend mel madrada, has a semi-false sophisticated air to her, able to hear very well due to her spiecies. seperate things: she uses a tool almost similar to a paint brush but it uses a variation of shimmer that induces a drug like affect to draw elegant paturns on people as a job (only character known to have this done is salo).

finn

appearance: finn is male, black hair on half his head that hangs down to his jaw on the right side of his head, golden metal jaw, light green-blue eyes, tattoos on his forehead and neck, open yellow jacket, dark grey under jacket, grey suit pants, black dress shoes. personality: finn is a crime lord/industrialist under silco, rude, has a want for undeserved power, underminds people of power (like silco) but fails, uses other people for his own benefit, will never leave zaun and will never go to piltover willingly. seprate things: finn has a iconic golden flip lighter with engraveings on its exsterior.

amara

appearance: amara is around 60 years old, female, grey long her in a bun, red-purple eyes, red earings, long purple cloak, fancy white under dress. personality: amara tends to be quite but is a woman of buissness, cunning and persuasive useing these talents to get people to do things for her. weaponry: amara dosent directly use a weapon as she has a talent of black magic with a dark rose moteif.

claggor

appearance: claggor is male, brown hair, brown eyes, mildly chubby, young, wears goggles, brown satchel like bag, blue over shirt with a tan under shirt, blue pants, brown boots. personality: clagger is a mildly intellagent young teen, bruiser of a person, careing and considerate, (if not dead) close friends with vi and power along with mylo, mildly timid but will do whats needed, wont go to piltover unless persauded or needed so will stay almost entirely in zaun. weaponry:the closest thing claggor has as a weapon is a long metal pipe and is mildly inexsperianced in life or death combat.

smeech

appearance: smeech is a non human person that has human intellect and vocabulary known as a yordal, looks almost like a over grown chiuaua, only has hair on his head and eyebrows like a human that is blond, sharp-ish teeth, wrinckled like skin, mechanical arms and legs,has a sad exscuse of a top hat, blue dress shirt. personality: chem baron/crime lord under silco, smeech can be a very cunning character, tends to be a sneaky and mildly untrustworth person, loose morals, thinks of some people as disposable. weaponry: he tends to use his mechanical limbs as blunt and sword like weapons.

hush company is a gang withing zaun, The Hush Company connect the Undercity via a vast network of informants and fences throughout the city. We are always watching, always listening, and always at hand should you need our… services. Aside from surveilling other Chembarons, we act as a switchboard for any and all illicit activity. the hush company is lead by chross.hush company and cross work under silco.

appearance:cross is male, 80 years old, small circular darkened out glasses, black brimmed hat,black long coat, green tattoo on his forehead almost resembling the hand held part of a rotary phone, wheel chair bound, black suit pants, Grey under shirt, gold and circular like tie. personality:quite, controlling, close to moraless, controls hush company.

loris

appearance:Lori's is male, tall, side burns with a soul patch, brown hair, personalized enforcer armor, muscular, scruffy. personality:Lori's is a very protective man, considerate, able to talk to without judgement, he can be seen as a father figure to VI but only because he vaugely resembles vander, will mostly be found in piltover. weaponry: he mostly uses a shield while being a slight bruiser of a character.

steb

appearance:Stebbins is a vastaya wich a humanoid creature, male, teal skin, jagged ears, personalized enforcer gear, wears a beret. personality: quite, follows the orders of caitlin. weaponry: steb uses a tonfa wish a certain degree of skill.

sky young

appearance:sky is a 20-30 year old woman, wears glasses,white coat with dark shoulders on it, red under-coat, dark pants. personality:sky is caring and mildly nervous, has a massive crush on Viktor even though he's clueless.

shoola

appearance: shoola is female, wears a sleeveless shirt with gold accents, shaved head, dark skin, gold mechanical contraption around her neck, dark baggy pants, posh and fancy looking. personality:mildly cold and logical with a intellectual though patten.

bolbok

appearance: bolbok is male, non-human species wich is unknown, gold helmet/mask, dark and light blue cloths with gold accents. personality: concerned about the safety of pullover taking very little risks.

rictus

appearance:rictus is male, tall, brown hair in a Mohawk, brown beard, muscular, wears forearm plate armor, plated chest armor, black baggy pants, red dangling cloths draping from the bottom of his chest armor. personality:cold and follows ambessa's orders entirely, unfeeling to most emotions, only shows concern to ambessa as her body gaurd. weapon: rictus carrys a glaive with multiple runes scattering the pole which has a magical arcane ability to absorb strikes and then release the energy on command.

Cassandra kirraman

appearance: Cassandra is female, 40 years old, brown hair with a grey strips, gold and blue earrings, brown over coat with a posh and frilly shirt under it, black flat bow tie, black corset, brown large skirt that reaches the floor. personality:Despite all her flaws, Cassandra cared deeply about her family, especially her daughter caitlyn, and generally supported her decisions. weapon: Cassandra uses a regular standard rifle that most enforcers use.
