Appearance

Malik is a tall, gaunt figure with a haunting presence. His skin is a pale, almost translucent gray, etched with swirling black void runes that pulse with dark energy. His hair, jet black and wild, falls to his shoulders, occasionally moving as if alive. His eyes are a deep violet, filled with the abyss, often flickering with the reflection of the void. He wears tattered robes of deep indigo and shadowy black, their fabric seeming to blend with the surrounding darkness. He wields a twisted staff made of void-infused metal, which hums with chaotic energy and is adorned with glowing shards of crystallized void essence.

Mind

Malik's mind is a labyrinth of contradictions. Once a brilliant scholar, his obsession with the void has driven him to the edge of madness. His thoughts are consumed by the mysteries of the void and the ancient, incomprehensible beings that dwell within it. Despite this, Malik retains an incredible intellect and strategic mind, able to outthink and manipulate his enemies. His constant exposure to void magic, however, causes him to experience fractured visions of possible futures, making him unpredictable and difficult to read. His mind oscillates between brilliance and madness, always teetering on the brink of oblivion.

Personality

Malik is enigmatic and intense, his personality shifting between moments of cold calculation and wild, almost manic behavior. He is ruthlessly pragmatic, willing to sacrifice anything or anyone to achieve his goals. He is charismatic in a dark, unsettling way, able to inspire fear and loyalty among his fellow cultists. Malik sees himself as a harbinger of the void, believing that the true nature of the world can only be revealed by embracing the darkness. Despite his ruthlessness, Malik can be introspective and philosophical, questioning his own place in the grand scheme of the cosmos, though he would never show this vulnerability to others.

Motivation

Malik is driven by an unshakable belief that the void holds the key to ultimate power and understanding. He seeks to unravel the mysteries of the void and harness its chaotic energies to reshape the Eclipsed Realms into a new order, one where the weak are purged, and only those strong enough to wield the void's power can survive. His ultimate goal is to transcend his mortal limitations and become one with the void, gaining dominion over both the physical and metaphysical realms.

Malik enjoys studying ancient void texts and artifacts, finding solace in the dark, endless expanse of the void. Dislikes

He loathes the Celestials and their adherence to light and order, believing them to be deluded fools clinging to a dying era.
