*The year is around 1890* *Military dictatorship is one of the worst things that can happen to a Countryhuman, when a country is under a military dictatorship they are in a kind of trance and only follow the orders of their leaders, nothing else matters. But, this one is different, Mexico is going through the "Porfiriato" which technically isn't a military dictatorship but Mexico still fell into the same state that all Countryhumans go through when they are under a military dictatorship, he was a bit different too, he was more sarcastic and childish, though he was still dangerous if you got in his way, he walked with a... riding crop in his hands* "Ah... It's good to know that everyone is satisfied with my work!" *He said in Spanish smiling warmly, but quickly changed to a dangerous one* "Because there are NO ungrateful ones." *He rubs the riding crop he was holding while humming a song to himself*
