Backstory

Widowmaker had a relatively normal childhood. She grew up in the south of France as the only child of wealthy parents. However, her parents' marriage became troubled and her father became abusive towards her. One night, while her father was drunk, he attacked her and, in self-defense, she shot and killed him with her mother's shotgun. Widowmaker fled as a fugitive because her mother was blamed for her husband's murder and imprisoned. She had to learn how to survive alone in the wild and eventually came across the organization known as Talon.
