One howl is all it takes to prep the Cream Wolves for battle, even in the middle of the night. Led by Crunchy Chip Cookie, this elite squad protects the frozen borders of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. The squad captain may be famous for his quick temper—which is not surprising given the sheer amount of the crunchiest choco chips in his dough—but rest assured: Crunchy Chip Cookie is loyal and reliable, just like his white-maned wolf companion. His oath to his king has kept him and his comrades persevering through piercing winds and snowstorms to ensure the kingdom's safety from the Licorice Sea. No other squadron stands a chance against these ferocious warriors that race through the mountains on the back of their wolves, defeating every monster they come across. Another serene morning in the Dark Cacao Kingdom; perhaps, we have to thank Captain Crunchy Chip Cookie for it!

Cruncy Chip's appearance

Crunchy Chip Cookie is a somewhat short, average-bodied, dark-doughed Cookie with stripes of brown on each cheek, resembling an animal’s whiskers. He has gorse yellow eyes, similar to a cream wolf. His hair is white with black streaks as well as bits of Oreo cookie crumbs in it. A small white fang sticks out from his lip. His cloak is mainly grey with a black goreum (고름) knot and pattern, as well as a fuzzy white trim. He also wears a pyo, a traditional Korean scarf[citation needed]. A circular pad that looks like an Oreo cookie with 3 blades is strapped onto his left hand, which resembles a wolf paw.

Cruncy Chip's personally

Crunchy Chip Cookie is a proud warrior of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, often mentioning it to other Cookies. Additionally, he is proud of the work that he has done with his Cream Wolves; he has a close bond with them, often referring to the one with him at all times as his friend, or sometimes, his brother. His pride in their toughness makes him offended when the wolves are referred to as "puppy" or "doggo," determined to make the wolves out to be vicious and far more than just a dog. Much of his dialogue is him yelling for whatever reason, indicating that he is proud of his place in the kingdom and confident in his abilities. But despite having a tough exterior, Crunchy Chip Cookie is shown to have a sweet tooth as seen in Chapters 1 and 2 of Cookie Odyssey; he avoids such food due to the highly disciplined customs of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. In Day 2 of Chapter 2, it was revealed that he has a dislike for sleeping in soft beds after confessing about having a nightmare the night before where Dark Cacao Cookie caught him eating sweets, and forced the Cream Wolves into disciplinary training, and even saying that "that thing defies everything the warriors of Dark Cacao stand for."

Wildberry

Filled to the brim with wild tropical berries, Wildberry Cookie's ardent loyalty to the Hollyberry Kingdom is unquestionable. And the brightly gleaming jewel embedded into his mighty gauntlet is proof! Young Wildberry Cookie once roamed the ramshackle alleys of the Hollyberry capital until Hollyberry Cookie an unexpected savior offered him a helping hand. Insidious whispers have been following this knight of few words ever since: they claim he is prone to solving problems with brute force, but these rumors cannot be farther from the truth. Wildberry Cookie has sworn to do whatever it takes to protect his kingdom and its royal dynasty! Even though sometimes what it takes is serving generous amounts of berry juice!

Wildberry's Appearance

Wildberry Cookie, a notably muscular Cookie, has pink hair in a side braid, pink eyes, and dark brown dough, similar to many Hollyberrian Cookies. His hair is overall long, and much of it drapes over his head and above the steel headband he wears. He is considerably taller than most other Cookies, as stated by other Cookies such as Crunchy Chip Cookie Crunchy Chip Cookie and Royal Margarine Cookie Royal Margarine Cookie and as shown by his overworld animations. His outfit consists of a silver suit of armor with a blazing red sash and dull plum band about his chest. Behind his armor his sash continues into a cloak that drags on the ground. His weapon of choice is a massive gauntlet with spikes on the fist, which is stated to be quite heavy and difficult for other Cookies to carry. The silver gauntlet is adorned with a pink, clover-like emblem and his cloak has a similar emblem on the back.

Wildberry's Personality

In contrast to other Hollyberrians and Hollyberry Cookie Hollyberry Cookie herself, Wildberry Cookie is an individual of few words, lacking the usual bursts of emotion seen in his fellow Hollyberrians, and will generally utter words only when spoken to. Even so, his responses are short and straight to the point. He is always seen with a deadpan face and expresses little-to-no emotion, as well as being a no-nonsense type. The only time he is seen to show strong emotion is during battle, in which he shouts loudly whenever he attacks. Past his hard exterior, though, Wildberry Cookie is a trustworthy and loyal fighter who remains humble while being aware of his strengths. He has shown himself to be plenty capable in social situations and even appreciates wordplay—he simply prefers to keep what he says short.Wildberry Cookie appears to have acrophobia, the fear of heights. He states, "I am not the greatest fan of heights to begin with." when asked about climbing a tower in Cookie Odyssey.

How they met

When the two first meet Cookie Clotted Cream Cookie, they notice Financier Cookie and question Clotted Cream on who the Cookie is. Financier answers with her name, in which, Wildberry and Crunchy Chip both express concern and suspicion within her. Later on in the story, Pure Vanilla Cookie is seen commending GingerBrave for his bravery and strength to continue on even with trouble. Wildberry comments on GingerBrave’s size and how brave he is. Crunchy Chip questions GingerBrave, failing to understand how a Cookie without armor could ever defeat someone else in battle. When Hollyberry Cookie and Dark Cacao Cookie start to bicker about who should go to Beast-Yeast, Crunchy Chip Cookie, and Wildberry Cookie both step in. Crunchy Chip Cookie is the first to step in, taking offense to what Hollyberry Cookie says, assuming she is insulting the Dark Cacao Kingdom’s warriors. Wildberry Cookie, in an instant, steps in to take Hollyberry Cookie’s side, and try and calm down Crunchy Chip Cookie; who was jumping the gun. Crunchy Chip Cookie then quizzes Wildberry Cookie on his knowledge of blizzards and powerful gusts of wind; which the Dark Cacao warriors had to endure due to the Dark Cacao Kingdom’s wintry climate. He also claims that because of this, they have become stronger and that they are the only ones who can survive such a harsh climate; he insults the Hollyberry Kingdom by saying they just fool around and drink juice under the tropical sun under which the kingdom is built, this causes Hollyberry Cookie to scold Crunchy Chip in a vexed matter, putting him back in his place. Hollyberry Cookie and Dark Cacao Cookie continue to fight until Pure Vanilla Cookie begs them to stop. Dark Cacao Cookie then goes on to “Apologize” and continues to wrangle off-screen

How they met 2

Later on, when Clotted Cream Cookie suggests that cookies from both the Dark Cacao Kingdom and the Hollyberry Kingdom should go to Beast-Yeast; Wildberry and Crunchy Chip both express disbelief and worry. Crunchy Chip also lets out a sigh at the idea of working with the Hollyberry Kingdom citizens. The rest of the Ancients come to an agreement with this proposal. Once Dark Cacao Cookie hears that Clotted Cream Cookie is asking the Ancients to give away their soul jams to him, he goes berserk and tries to attack Clotted Cream Cookie and Financer Cookie who steps in to protect Clotted Cream. Hollyberry Cookie goes on to stop Dark Cacao Cookie from attacking Clotted Cream Cookie and Financer Cookie, but a shockwave purely made of light and extreme power floods through the room; blinding the other cookies; including Wildberry and Crunchy Chip. The two cookies make similar remarks, the shockwave that happened when Dark Cacao Cookie and Hollyberry Cookie collided is hurting their eyes and keeping them frozen in the moment. All the Ancients come to an agreement that they would give their soul jams to the person they trust most, once Hollyberry Cookie says who she is giving her soul jam to, Crunchy Chip Cookie is surprised and asks if Wildberry is okay with this, and, Wildberry Cookie says that he trusts Hollyberry Cookie and is even proud of her. Crunchy Chip Cookie then goes on to congratulate Dark Cacao Cookie, who has also come to an understanding with giving away his soul jam. Both Ancients, Hollyberry Cookie and Dark Cacao Cookie task Crunchy Chip and Wildberry of keeping their soul jams safe; both cookies agree to go to the Republic to keep the Soul Jams protected.

How they met 3

Later on, Crunchy Chip Cookie is seen in the Garden packing his bags with Wildberry Cookie. Crunchy Chip makes a comment, and Wildberry Cookie ignores Crunchy Chip’s remark. He claims that their leaders had chosen them to protect their soul jams and that they should both feel very honored. Crunchy Chip Cookie agrees with what Wildberry Cookie says, he even starts to boast about how the king had entrusted him with such a task. Wildberry tells Crunchy Chip to stay vigilant, as they need to keep an eye on the Republicans as well as the soul jams. Crunchy Chip laughs, and Wildberry asks if Crunchy Chip will take his “beast” with him to the airship; Crunchy Chip gets offended and claims that the Wolves are not beasts. Wildberry apologizes for his mistake, which confuses Crunchy Chip Cookie. The two then start to exit the Garden. Once on the airship, Wildberry Cookie grunts at Crunchy Chip Cookie's comments on the size of the Vanilla Kingdom in the air. It is later revealed, Wildberry is afraid of heights and was possibly, frozen in place.

Chapter Two Crunchy Chip Cookie and Wildberry Cookie both express delight when finding out that the Republic is nothing like home; no dirty waters and cooler weather. When the Cookies find out the soul jams were stolen, both Wildberry and Crunchy Chip are astounded; that the things they were to protect, were taken away from them. The two chase after the cookies that are the main suspects for stealing the soul jams, alongside Financer Cookie, Clotted Cream Cookie, and GingerBrave. The thieving cookies split up in twos and run away, all of the cookies rush toward them. After the chase scene, Crunchy Chip Cookie exhales in relief when realizing that he had mistakenly thought Hollyberry Cookie’s soul jam was Dark Cacao Cookie’s, but Wildberry had successfully obtained Dark Cacao Cookie’s soul jam. Crunchy Chip Cookie and Wildberry Cookie both threaten Clotted Cream Cookie; whom they assumed had to do with the soul jams being stolen. If the soul jams were to ever be lost again, Clotted Cream Cookie would have no safe place to hide from the duo. Clotted Cream Cookie apologizes for what happened.

Crunchy Chip, Wildberry, and the others make their way to a certain institute that had been mentioned earlier in the story. Wildberry makes a remark about how much equipment is in there, and that some reach the roof. In the morning, after their first night in the Crème Republic, Wildberry looks at Crunchy Chip with worry, as he is distressed. Wildberry comments on Crunchy Chip Cookie’s state of mind, which Crunchy Chip Cookie claims he had a nightmare. When Wildberry Cookie and Crunchy Chip Cookie are not allowed pass by two cookies, possibly sailors protecting their Shipyard and the ships, Crunchy Chip and Wildberry make a small bet that one of them could get through the sailors and into the shipyard first; though Wildberry does not want to make a bet that harms innocent cookies. Later in the story, Elder Baumkuchen Cookie waves off the Wildberry and Crunchy Chip, whom were suspecting that the elder is part of the scheme to steal the soul jams and that he wears a mask, similar to the thieves who stole the soul jam. GingerBrave calms the two down, knowing that they have no evidence to hold Elder Baumkuchen to.

Later on in the story, Crunchy Chip Cookie, Wildberry Cookie, Espresso Cookie, and others are seen in the Crème Republic’s city streets. As Crunchy Chip is a short cookie, he is unable to see through the crowd, Wildberry Cookie mentions he can see just fine; to which Crunchy Chip takes to offense. Later, Crunchy Chip Cookie gets distracted by merchants who wish to sell him stuff, Wildberry Cookie has to remind Crunchy Chip Cookie that they are staying close to Espresso Cookie. At night, after finding out all the mud under their feet was dead cookies, they go to Espresso’s home. Which was introduced earlier in the story. Crunchy Chip Cookie reflects on the dead cookies under their feet, and seems to be scared. Wildberry then asks Crunchy Chip how he can survive the Dark Cacao Kingdom but becomes fearful of dead cookies. Crunchy Chip Cookie then wonders if it’s the air that's making him feel this way; because something does feel off. The cream wolf Crunchy Chip had around him started to bark, as it had sensed the cookies who had stolen the soul jams. Espresso Cookie, GingerBrave, Crunchy Chip Cookie, and Wildberry Cookie then go and chase the thieving cookies.

How they met 7

Both Wildberry Cookie and Crunchy Chip Cookie are seen bored, with nothing to do. Wildberry questions the research on the soul stones, and Crunchy Chip complains about how tedious it is. Crunchy Chip proposes the idea of going back to the Night Market, which is located in the Crème Republic’s city streets; he claims he wants to go back there because of how suspicious the place was. Wildberry makes the remark that Crunchy Chip was tempted by the selection of sweets at the market, Crunchy Chip takes the remark as an insult and begs Wildberry to take it back. But, he admits to liking one of the dog toys that were sold at the market, Wildberry Cookie smiles. The two cookies head to the Night Market where Crunchy Chip Cookie calls anything that seems interesting to him suspicious. He buys the toy knowing that the toy was extremely expensive, Wildberry then asks if Crunchy Chip bought one of the toys; which he did. Wildberry Cookie then goes on to buy Crunchy Chip Cookie a pie, which Crunchy Chip Cookie is afraid to take, due to his nature as a warrior. In the end, though, he takes the pie. After eating the pie, the thieving cookies show up, the cookies seem not to have noticed Wildberry Cookie and Crunchy Chip Cookie, who decide to stalk the cookies.

How they met 8

When Crunchy Chip Cookie and Wildberry Cookie split up to stalk the thieving cookies, Crunchy Chip Cookie is left alone with his Cream Wolf. Once searching the entire area, he hears a noise, Crunchy Chip Cookie worries that Wildberry Cookie is in trouble and needs help. Wildberry Cookie is attacked by the thieves and leaves his gauntlet behind, Crunchy Chip Cookie expresses terror for both him and Wildberry Cookie. He then runs off to try and save Wildberry Cookie. Wildberry Cookie is later seen fighting the thieves that seem to be injured, he notices Crunchy Chip Cookie who finds out that he can fight without his gauntlet. Crunchy Chip Cookie groans, knowing that he’s carried the heavy gauntlet for nothing, and even Wildberry comments that the gauntlet is useless. Despite his comments, Wildberry puts on his gauntlet and thanks Crunchy Chip Cookie. The thieves then go on and attack Crunchy Chip Cookie who seems to be much more weaker. The thieves kick the cream wolves who whimper in pain; Crunchy Chip Cookie responds in anger. Wildberry Cookie claims he stands by Crunchy Chip Cookie’s side, and the two go and attack the thieves off-screen.

Chapter Three Wildberry Cookie mentions how it might be their last time in the Night Market. Crunchy Chip Cookie sighs, he claims that the market reminds him of his home. Wildberry Cookie chuckles, asking if Crunchy Chip Cookie will miss the market; Crunchy Chip Cookie scoffs, he says he’d rather be at home training with his fellow cream wolves. A merchant calls over Wildberry and Crunchy Chip Cookie to climb a spire, where they can see the Crème Republic’s thousands of mudflats, Wildberry asks for two tickets, one for him and one for Crunchy Chip Cookie. But, the merchant calls Crunchy Chip Cookie’s wolf a “beast” and “animal” which ticks him off. When the merchant says that the wolf can be tied up, Crunchy Chip Cookie threatens the merchant, which, Wildberry Cookie has to calm down Crunchy Chip Cookie. When Crunchy Chip Cookie presses the issue, asking if Wildberry Cookie wants to actually go on the tower, Wildberry explains that he is afraid of heights, as implied formerly.

When Clotted Cream Cookie refuses to give back the Soul Jams, Crunchy Chip Cookie asks Wildberry what they should do. They are forced to allow Clotted Cream Cookie to take ahold of the Soul jams for just a little more time. Wildberry Cookie, Crunchy Chip Cookie, Black Raisin Cookie, GingerBrave, and Espresso Cookie are seen running away from guards. Espresso Cookie has stolen the soul jams when he was fired from his job as a scientist. Before they were attacked by guards, Black Raisin Cookie stepped in with her crows. It was revealed, that Black Raisin Cookie was watching GingerBrave from the shadows and saw everything. The Cookies are then chased down to the beach where they hide under a kelp tent, just before they were to be found, Madeleine Cookie shows up, concerned about Espresso Cookie and why there is a bounty on his head. After being sent on one of House Madeleine’s airships, Crunchy Chip Cookie, Black Raisin Cookie, Espresso Cookie, GingerBrave, Wildberry Cookie, and Madeleine Cookie meet Financer Cookie and Clotted Cream Cookie again. Wildberry and Crunchy Chip Cookie then explain that they have been on the run ever since Custard Cookie wanted the soul jams to himself. Clotted Cream Cookie frowns, as he wondered what the commotion was about. Wildberry Cookie then tells Clotted Cream Cookie to explain himself and his actions.

During the war with Dark Enchantress Cookie, Crunchy Chip and his cream wolf seem to be struggling during battle, Wildberry notices the two and says that he will carry them both, Crunchy Chip makes a remark about it after being picked up and says "Oh...This is comfier than I thought!" After the mini-war with Dark Enchantress Cookie, Wildberry, and Crunchy Chip Cookie mention wanting to go back home.

As couple

WildChip is a fairly popular ship within the Cookie Run fandom. The two hold plenty of interactions canon or fanon in the Cookie Run Kingdom gameplay. In one of the Cookie Run Kingdom live streams, Crunchy Chip Cookie mentions wanting to hug Wildberry Cookie. This makes this ship spark even more[1]. Due to Crunchy Chip Cookie and Wildberry being not-so-popular cookies in the fandom, it has fewer rivaling ships. One of the rivaling ships of WildChip though would be WildBlossom the ship between Cherry Blossom Cookie and Wildberry Cookie. The main reason why WildChip sparked in the first place is due to how many interactions they have in the Cookie Run Kingdom. Several see the two as enemies to lovers, as in the beginning Crunchy Chip Cookie does not like the Hollyberry Cookie kingdom citizens. This ship may be seen beside Espresseleine as Espresso Cookie and Madeleine Cookie do both interact in the story Crunchy Chip Cookie and Wildberry Cookie are seen in.
