Capsaicin Cookie is a tall and muscular cookie with charcoal gray dough. He has long and unruly neon orange hair, resembling flames, and large dark horns that crack, revealing lava underneath. He has tangerine-orange eyes with red pupils and a mouth of pointed teeth. Capsaicin Cookie wears a black sash and belt with a hexagonal buckle, along with matching black pants and jagged boots. Capsaicin Cookie is the first and only Cookie to be based after a chemical. Capsaicin Cookie is the first Cookie to have a mouth with visible depth. Capsaicin Cookie's design and concept are similar to the scrapped Magma Cookie from Cookie Run for Kakao; his Spice Overlord form resembles her, and the name of his ability may be a reference to the unused character. Capsaicin Cookie's Taiwanese voice actor, Chen Yanjun, also provides the voice of Spicy Mala Warrior and Snowfall Villager.
