Sukuna (Megumi) had incarnated in the body of Megumi Fushiguro, wears a sleeveless white kimono and a black shirt inside the kimono, has black hair, his past appearance describes him as a four-armed, two-faced demon. Currently, he looks like his vessel (Yuji Itadori), but with hair styled up in shades similar to pale pink[3] and with lines/marks on his forehead, nose, cheeks, and body.
