Profile

Woman, thin, albino, long blonde hair in a ponytail, usually wears red clothing. Charlie was born in Hell, the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, the rulers of the realm. Growing up, Charlie tried to see the good in her home and the people who lived there, despite witnessing the atrocities of sinners and their victimization during the annual Extermination. (The angels descend to Hell to decimate the sinners.)

Mission

Charlie decided to open the Happy Hotel to rehabilitate sinners and send them to Heaven as an alternative to Hell's overpopulation crisis.
