Seika Ijichi (伊い地じ知ち 星せい歌か, Ijichi Seika) is the manager of the live house, STARRY. Seika has long blonde hair with a floating triangle-shaped ahoge and orange eyes. He usually wears a wide-collared black shirt that reveals red suspenders on his shoulders, as well as a tight black choker around his neck. Seika used to be a member of a band, where she was the guitarist. She sometimes punches Nijika and the Kessoku Band members in the mouth, but in reality, she cares about Kessoku Band more than anyone else. Although she didn't know Bocchi was a "guitarhero," she quickly realized his talent as a guitarist. She can be quite tsundere at times, especially when it comes to her little sister Nijika.
