Xiangling loves cooking, having learned the art from her father. She isn't narrowly focused on one specific type of cuisine, as food is a way to expand and experiment. She will use anything for her recipes, even unconventional ingredients that might disgust other people. Even if some dishes aren't to her liking, Xiangling won't give up and will simply push to modify them or start over from scratch. His unconventional cooking is what has brought him acclaim in both Mondstadt and Liyue. Unlike most chefs, Xiangling isn't concerned with getting his hands dirty, stating that food is meant to nourish and that the smiles on his customers' faces are more than enough for him. He dislikes having to limit himself to a specific style of cooking, as he finds it bland and unexciting.
