The World of Omegaverse

Omegaverse is a fantasy genre of role-playing games, fan fiction and just different plots, which offers us a special system of mechanics and rules, as well as a unique atmosphere. In the omegaverse, the world is inhabited by various creatures, including alphas, betas and omegas - special categories of characters, each of which has its own unique characteristics and capabilities. In short, omegaverse is a fantasy genre based, oddly enough, on the TV series "Supernatural" (from werewolves). That is why the description of the omegaverse and its rules are often similar to the rules in wolf packs.

Secondary floor

The main genders in the omegaverse are alphas and omegas. The third are gammas, but since this is a new term in the omegaverse, we will talk about it later. The fourth, betas, are of secondary importance, most often they are only women, and many authors do not even always include them in their works. So there will be very little information specifically about betas. Omegaverse Society Statistics: 45% are alphas. 40% - omegas. 20% - scales 15% - betas.

Alphas

Most often, alphas are presented as tall, muscular and overly "brutal", if you can put it that way, people. But, again, it's all at the discretion of the authors. People are all completely different, and I think modest and reserved alphas do exist. In the Omegaverse universe, the alpha acts as a very authoritative person, a breadwinner and, in general, “his word is law”; this is embedded in the origins of the Omegaverse universe itself and partly borders on ours. • Another distinctive feature of alphas from other sexes is the knot on their genitals (which, let's be honest, only males have). It is designed to mate with an omega during estrus/mating/mating and help him conceive offspring. And it is standard on their penis. During estrus, the knot increases and, one might say, interferes with putting on protection, since it simply breaks due to its size. Therefore, young omegas who are not yet allowed to take birth control pills often remain "pooped" Alphas. • Alphas, like omegas, have their own specific smell. Alphas have it much stronger than omegas, and most often the stronger one overpowers the weaker one. Smells depend on genes and age. In older alphas, it is brighter and stronger, respectively.

Omegas

"The weaker sex" is what they say in this universe. But here it depends on how you look at it. Not all omegas are small and fragile boys who need to be protected and cherished. Some authors put them forward as young men who know their worth and are ready to give you such a slap in the face that your mother won't cry. So here I can say that omegas can be described in the style of "as I want" (based on their character in the canon, unless it is, of course, origami). Which I cannot say about alphas. Because their status, according to the laws of this universe, will always be higher. In most cases, they are depicted as small and weak, unable to resist an alpha, especially their alpha. Again, at the whim of the author, an omega can spread her legs in front of every alpha, beta or gamma she meets during heat, or she can sit at home and endure, but give herself only to her alpha. Physiologically, they are distinguished by the presence of a uterus that can bear a child. The passage to the uterus is located like a tube leading to the rectum. They also have a poorly developed penis. They produce sperm, but it completely lacks spermatozoa, so omegas cannot fertilize by their nature. They also have testicles, like all men. The third feature is estrus. It occurs once every 4 months, but the author can reduce or increase this period. During estrus, omegas experience terrible excitement and a desire to sleep with someone. IMPORTANT: Omega can only get pregnant during the heat period. Most often they have a sweet smell. • If you stimulate (stroke, press, massage) the omega's anus, it will begin to produce a certain amount of lubricant, which will subsequently improve penetration. During estrus, omegas secrete lubricant themselves and simply in huge quantities.

Betas

BETA men and women are ordinary, often unmodified people. B men and B women can create couples with omegas or alphas, but happiness in such a couple is a moot point. Resistant to the smell of omegas in heat. They do not stand out physically, but often have a more sophisticated mind than everyone else. They are cunning and have an almost perfect memory. It is the betas who make up the main driving force of science, since among them there are most scientists, writers, poets, and in general people who are inclined to work with their heads, and not muscles. Beta has a well-developed penis, but no knot, so he can sleep with an omega, but not mate. They are present in this world as fertilizers of the female population or other betas. They also have a uterus, but it is not as well developed as that of omegas, so a beta is not able to give birth from an alpha, only from another beta. They do not have a natural smell, so they usually do not attract anyone. In short, betas are secondary characters.

Gamma

A hybrid of alpha and omega that has evolved far ahead. Like betas, they often act in secondary roles. Not weak, but not aggressive either. They have a penis with a knot that swells during mating, like alphas, and a well-developed uterus capable of bearing a baby, like omegas. Therefore, there are alpha-gamma and gamma-omega pairs. Gammas can mate omegas and alphas can mate them, but most often they are paired with another gamma. They have a smell, but not as bright as omegas or alphas.

Enigma

Enigma is one of the varieties of Alphas. Enigma (1% of the population) is the highest sex (too strong an opponent for any sex), Alpha Alphas. Considered a myth due to their rarity and small numbers. They dominate any gender, including Alphas. They have superior strength, intelligence, and no one can resist their charisma.

Sigma

Psychology of Sigma: Sigma will be a cross between Omega and Alpha in character. Moderately stern and kind. It is quite difficult to identify any features. Sigma takes the initiative, always initiating events, such as holding hands, kissing, etc. They like to stand next to each other, with their hand on the partner's lower back or with their arm around their shoulders. They are prone to mood swings. Sigma children often become depressed at an early age due to hormones that always send them into constant confusion about their feelings. Sigmas are more likely to be cautious parents, more concerned about the world around them and how they treat their children as a result. A Sigma parent will try very hard to understand their children and their problems in the world, due to the fact that being a Sigma is, on average, harder than the other genders. They may also be at the highest risk for being overprotective, especially if they were severely rejected in their youth. They are likely to acknowledge their gender's differences, but still do their best not to exclude them or put expectations on them.

Scent

which give them a unique natural scent. Such glands can be located, as described above, on the sides of the neck, behind the neck, on the inside of the wrists and on the inside of the thighs. They secrete an oily, aromatic liquid during estrus. I would also like to add that there are versions in which the natural smells of alphas and omegas are always multifaceted. That is, for example, an omega does not just smell like melon. Its smell changes depending on the mood, and it is precisely due to the multifaceted nature of smells and their changes that emotional couples easily "read" each other's moods. • For example, if an omega is happy, his scent may be dominated by sweet melon, if he is worried - some honey/floral notes, if he is angry - the scent begins to be bitter (like bitter walnut). And all these different in nature (amber, fruity, herbal, musky, gourmand, powdery, floral, spicy, citrus, berry, etc.) aromas in small quantities are quite organically capable of coexisting in one omega or alpha and conveying their mood to the people around them.

Nests are built not only by omegas, but also by alphas and even betas, and all secondary sexes have an instinct that manifests itself in the need to feel a sense of security (which is essentially nesting), to be close to family members and to exchange scents with them. The nesting instinct is strong in difficult times and can be triggered by the same reasons as in omegas.

A mark is a physical trace in the neck-collar zone (communication gland) and a mental trace on a person's biofield. It manifests itself as the smell of the one who left this trace on his body. The process of leaving a mark is simple: Alpha (less often Omega) bites his mate in the area of ​​the scent glands; from his fangs, a liquid gets into the gland, which mainly consists of concentrated pheromones that fix the scent in the gland, and this is how the pair bond is actually formed. The mark looks like a scar left by teeth. It can be neat if the person who left it was gentle, or ragged, healed in an irregular shape, if it was left roughly. Healing occurs, however, quickly, thanks to the composition of the liquid injected from the fangs, which, in addition to the concentrate of the pheromones themselves, includes antiseptic and regenerating substances. The mark is completely formed in a couple of days, and after this period it is not possible to get rid of it. • The process of leaving a mark is deeply intimate for different types of couples. Especially for true ones, since true ones leave a mark on each other once and for all, it does not disappear even after the death of the other half.

Circle

In this version of the story, there is an integral part of the werewolf culture - a circle in the center of the village. This circle includes alphas who want to challenge the leader and win, take his status or defend their omega. Also in this circle, on the spring holiday, alphas show their strength, their wolf form, so that the omega they like agrees to become their mate. Other representatives of the secondary sex can also enter the circle. Omegas are the least likely to enter.
