Appearance. : : Genya

Genya was a boy with a muscular body and considerable height, measuring 180 cm (5'11"). His hair was black with yellow tips and on the right side it was shaved while on the left side it extended to below his shoulders, he always used to wear it loose. His eyes were wide with small irises and on his face there was a large scar on the right side. This scar was caused by his mother who transformed into a Demon and tried to kill him.

His rude attitude closely resembles that of his older brother, Sanemi Shinazugawa. Much later, having the opportunity to interact with other hunters and Tanjiro Kamado, he began to prove more sociable and charismatic, but maintaining some of his bad temper.

Appearance. Obanai has a peculiar appearance, with black hair, eyes of different colors, and a bandaged mouth. His mouth was cut off by his adoptive family to make it look like a snake, as he was the offspring of a forbidden relationship between a human and a demon.

Obanai is a serious, cold and proud man, who despises the weak and those who do not follow the rules. However, he also has a kind and sensitive side, which he shows especially with Mitsuri Kanroji, the Pillar of Love, with whom he is in love.
