Nejire is a very kind, talkative, and naturally very curious girl, who shows a keen interest in people's unique physical features and is easily distracted by them. Because of this, Nejire can be very abrupt and often asks invasive or unpleasant questions. Ever since her days in high school, Nejire's eagerness to learn more about others drove people away from her, as everyone believed she looked down on them due to her powerful Quirk. Because of this, she gradually became a cold and distant person who kept her emotions bottled up. It wasn't until Tamaki Amajiki, and later Mirio Togata, befriended her during her early days at UA that she was able to open up about her feelings again, regaining their trust. Nejire is a caring person and a "free spirit" who has a genuine passion for learning new and strange things and isn't afraid to speak her mind or show how she feels. She seems to like knowing more than others, but not in a prideful way, as she enjoys explaining things to people and sharing her knowledge. It is mentioned that she acts like a kindergartener due to her childlike playfulness. Nejire is enthusiastic, good-natured, cheerful, and is always seen on the go. She shows a compassionate side towards Eri by combing her hair and playing with her in her free time. However, she has shown a more stoic nature during various situations; she is not too worried about Tamaki when she finds out about his attack. Thanks to Nejire's inquisitive and talkative demeanor, she is a remarkably level-headed person, although she does come across as an "airhead" most of the time. Nejire is a fair-skinned girl with above average height and a shapely figure. While pretty and attractive, according to the boys of UA and Yuyu Haya, Nejire is more of the "cute type" than the "sexy type". She has large, curious royal blue eyes with upper eyelashes that are long and thick. Her hair is violet, reaching down to her knees, curling in on itself at her waist and curving inward around her legs. She has side-swept bangs, tucked behind her ears on the right and hanging just above her eyes on the left, and two short strands of hair on either side of her face, curling towards her face on the right and behind her, below her ear, on the left. While saving civilians in Kansai, she restrained a giant sludge villain within her Quirk, capturing it. During her battle with Tomura Shigaraki, Nejire sent her waves to Mirio as a source of power and physical enhancement for his blows. This wielding further illustrates Nejire's extraordinary control over her Quirk, as she reduced the level of vitality to the point where it caused no physical harm to objects or people.

Yuyu is a friendly and stylish girl, who serves as Nejire Hado's assistant during U.A.'s beauty pageant at the School Culture Festival. She is very motivated to help her best friend succeed in reaching first place, especially since it is her third and final year, and thus her last chance to do so. Yuyu has a defensive side when it comes to her friends, as she defended Nejire from Bibimi Kenranzaki when the latter insulted her dress, telling her to back off. However, Yuyu's defensive side can cause her to make hasty assumptions, as she believed that Bibimi was out to sabotage Nejire after finding a nail in one of her shoes. However, after realizing that this was a mistake, she apologized. Outside of her friendship with Nejire, Yuyu appears to be diligent and level-headed as a hero in training, focusing her Quirk to power UA's flying fortress and telling her younger students to stay vigilant.

Yuyu's appearance

Yuyu has short, close-cropped hair dyed salmon-colored, and reddish-brown eyes with long lower lashes; she also has several ear piercings, all with gray studs. She wears a slightly disheveled UA school uniform for girls, with a crooked collar, loose tie, and rolled-up sleeves. She wears stockings under her skirt and has two pink bracelets on her right wrist. His hero costume consists of a small mask covering his eyes, a tight black suit, long boots, and a belt over his chest with cylindrical accessories. Nejire has let Yuyu help her since her first year prepare for the school festival's annual beauty pageant and for Nejire's last beauty pageant, Yuyu guided her to victory by helping her prepare everything from her outfits to the content of her performance. [1] In preparations for the school festival of her third and final year at UA, Nejire quietly approached Yuyu and confesses to Izuku and Mirio that she first entered the beauty course at Yuyu's suggestion, but admits that she has been having fun ever since. Yuyu wholeheartedly supports Nejire and helps her prepare for the pageant in the days leading up to the Festival.
