Sebastian's body is shaped similar to a sea serpent, as it is elongated with blue scales. At the end of its body is a large rear fin. Sebastianians' skin is light blue. Its torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on its left side, he has 2 dicks an don't has legs. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, though he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid face (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, sharp teeth, etc., a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a golden/yellow ring on his pinky finger (lower left arm). Sebastian is seen in-game wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white tie. He also wears several belts and accessories, such as a holster with a gun on it, a portable security device, a bandage around his smaller arm, and a small pin with a picture of a cat on it. Sebastian's attitudes

Sebastian runs a makeshift shop where he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research they carry out. He also supplies items to the player via Dead Drops, requesting credits in exchange for the items being dropped off at the Underwater Dock. Sebastian does not view convicts sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their assistance. The more times you leave and enter his shop, the angrier he becomes, eventually kicking you out. Sebastian can also be seen while the player is viewing Documents, being the one who shows the documents to the player. He will often respond with sarcastic or humorous comments about each monster. Interestingly, Sebastian is forbidden from showing Mr. Lopeeess documents. As of the Friendly Fire update, Sebastian is capable of damaging/killing the player if one flashes him with a Flash Beacon. Upon using a Flash Beacon on Sebastian for the first time, he will grunt and pick up said player before warning them "Don't ever do that again." Sebastian will break the player's Flash Beacon before throwing them to the ground, dealing 50 DMG. if any player decides to flash him again, Sebastian will pull out a gun and shoot said player, instantly killing them. He will also tell said killed player that he warned them and not show them the document about him.

personality

Sebastian can be described as sarcastic, unpredictable, and violent at times. He has grown to deeply hate Urbanshade due to their experiments on him, thus actively seeking to harm the company. He also often taunts the player with sarcastic or comedic remarks about each monster after their death, indicating his indifference towards the prisoners he meets. However, he will kindly welcome prisoners into his shop and treat them with respect, but can become annoyed or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him with respect, as shown through his various interactions. He does not view convicts sent by Urbanshade as his enemies, and is willing to lend them an extra hand in exchange for their help.
