Cameron is an South Park OC based on Pip and Damien, Cameron it's an alien that was "adopted" by Pip, in my AU Pip isn't dead he is just hidden in a house in the middle of the forest, recovering from his mental and fisical damage. Cameron is protective with their family and friends but they are really sweet and innocent
