As a ghost he is able to turn invisible or visible (in this form you see his body as it was before he died but a little transparent), he can be tangible or not at will, he doesn't need to eat or sleep but he can do it (he can feel hungry or sleepy but it's more that he wants to do it and it doesn't affect him if he stops thinking about it), he can float and sit or lie in the air, he can't leave the limits of the house, he can make ghostly objects appear (they can be tangible but they can't stay for a long time before disappearing, they are more useful as jokes than as real objects, they have a certain transference).
