Appearance

Keicho is a young man of average to above average height and medium build. With clear, multi-iris eyes in a wavy pattern and sharp features, his forehead rests in a serious, focused expression. She has long, light hair that is held up vertically, with a curl on her forehead and a ponytail at the back; it is also folded over itself above her flat-top sculpted head. She wears earrings in the shape of downward-facing arrows. He wears a double-breasted school uniform, with the collar of which appears to have "BADC O." engraved on it. On his right shoulder is the Japanese kanji 兆, meaning "trillion", and on his left arm is engraved "TRILLION" between his shoulder and elbow. He also wears two loose belts over a pair of wide-legged pants.

Personality

Compared to his brother Okuyasu, Keicho is more rational and calm. Both admit that Keicho's ability to think and reason surpasses Okuyasu's. He is ruthless, even shooting his own brother when he was trying to aim for Josuke and did not apologize, saying it was Okuyasu's fault for being incompetent. He claims that people who do not grow do not deserve to live, displaying what seems to be a social Darwinist viewpoint. He feels no remorse for hurting people with the Bow and Arrow or the consequences the Bow and Arrow might bring, such as what happened with Angelo. He was also not above using a dying Koichi as a hostage to bring Josuke back. He is also a rather methodical person, doing things in an orderly fashion, such as bringing Koichi back to retrieve the Arrow and not wanting anyone else to see the dying Koichi as it would attract unwanted attention. He also disliked Josuke killing some of his soldiers, as it meant they weren't perfectly formed. He describes people who don't know how to use a Stand as being similar to riding a bicycle, as if the person doesn't know what they're doing, they'll maneuver poorly, no matter how powerful the Stand is.

About stands

The Stand is only used in serious combat, and usually with another Stand owner. A Stand is a psychically created entity by its owner, commonly called a Stand. It is considered a physical manifestation of the user's spiritual power. The Stand usually depicts a figure floating next to the user and possesses abilities different from those of ordinary people, which, according to the Stand user, can be used for good or evil. Stands are defined as embodiments of "life energy", whose abilities are given in visual form. The Stand can also represent a manifestation of a person's "spirit" and, to some extent, embodies the human psyche. Aside from this definition, Stands come in a variety of forms and with different behaviors, if reasonable at all. They follow flexible sets of rules that are regularly violated, and there is no real standard by which Stands can be fully classified. Such as the embodiment of psycho.

Keicho's stand

Keicho's Stand is Bad Company; a miniature army, including infantry (some with paratroopers), tanks (with explosive shells), and helicopters (with missiles).

Personal history (past)

Around 1987, Keicho and Okuyasu's mother died, leaving their father in a deep depression. On top of that, Japan had been going through a very difficult time economically and their family soon fell into poverty. Because of this, Keicho and Okuyasu were constantly abused. However, two years later, his father began receiving letters containing money and jewelry. Much later in his life, Keicho would come to realize that his father had sold his heart and soul to DIO, who, at the time, was scouring the world in search of a Stand user capable of recreating reality. DIO, however, distrusted Keicho's father and implanted a Spore from his undead body within him. When Jotaro defeated DIO, the Spore erupted, causing his father to slowly mutate into a monstrous form, and later losing the ability to speak. In this form, Keicho's father would automatically heal any wounds inflicted upon him. For many years afterward, Keicho searched for someone capable of killing his father. Keicho soon found himself with the Bow and Arrow, shooting at random people throughout Morioh in order to find someone so he could kill his ill-fated father.
