Appearance

Nemuri is a tall, curvaceous woman with sky-blue eyes that slanted downwards in the center and were framed by a pair of fairly long eyelashes. She had long, thick, spiky dark purple hair, which was layered in varying lengths, the longest reaching her waist. Her bangs, which reached her chin, were divided into three sections: two swept to the sides and one over her face, falling diagonally to the left, between her eyes. She also has a small mole under her left eye, as well as red painted nails.

Heroine costume

Remarkably similar to that of a traditional dominatrix. She wore a black leather leotard without a chest, similar in style to a corset, over a thin, tight white bodysuit (flesh-colored on the sleeves), which accentuated her voluptuous figure. The central strip of her leotard was adorned with red, jewel-like accessories in a vertical pattern, extending from her neck to her abdomen. She also wore translucent black thigh-high stockings, which were attached to a burgundy utility belt decorated with gold studs around her hips, a matching pentagonal buckle in the center, and black knee-high boots. She had a small red mask outlining her eyes and handcuffs on each wrist. She was often seen carrying a flogger-style whip. The white bodysuit was made of a thin material that tore easily, allowing her to use her Don more easily. Nemuri had stated in an interview that she was testing various materials to find what worked while still complying with costume regulations.

Personality

Nemuri was a very playful and flirtatious person, with a serious and unpredictably temperamental side. She got angry when someone interrupted or insulted her, and when it came to insults, she was especially sensitive about her age. Nemuri had no shame in dressing or acting sexually in front of young students and seemed to act on a whim most of the time. Although she acted obscenely and presented herself as a heroine who enjoyed her fame derived from her beauty and sexual attractiveness, Nemuri was willing to fight and put her life on the line.

General Abilities: As a professional hero and teacher at UA High School, Nemuri was a formidable fighter and highly diplomatic. In battle, she employed the effective use of her Somnambulist Quirk, spreading her sleep-inducing aroma, which could cause enemies to fall asleep with just one breath. Nemuri also used her costume and support equipment to efficiently aid her Quirk. While it may have only seemed to fit her dominatrix theme, her whips and fans were designed to catch traces of her scent and launch it in any given direction, giving her Quirk more precision. This made her especially effective against enemies who relied on close-range attacks, as they would fall into a deep sleep without any breathing apparatus. Sharp intellect: Nemuri was highly perceptive and intelligent when it came to combat, something made clear by her shrewd use of her daring costume and support equipment to maximize the effectiveness of her Quirk. Experience in modern art: Nemuri taught modern art history in high school, indicating that she had a considerable amount of knowledge on the subject.

Mr. "Somnambulist"

Nemuri's quirk allowed her to put people nearby to sleep by exuding a sleep-inducing aroma from her body. Her quirk worked better on men than on women.

Equipment

- Whips of Love: In keeping with her dominatrix theme, Midnight wields a flogger-style whip in combat, and is expert at handling it. She also uses a bullwhip. - Feather Fan: Midnight uses a pair of hand fans in combat to better diffuse her sleep-inducing fragrance. - Ultra Thin Fabric Suit: Nemuri can only spread her sleep-inducing aroma from exposed skin. The law states that a hero costume cannot expose too much skin, so to compensate for this obstacle, she used a suit made of a material that could be easily torn.
