Personality

Bill Cipher is a thin, calculating and malicious character. As a demon of chaos and manipulation, he enjoys playing with the minds and emotions of others. He is extremely intelligent and charismatic, able to deceive his victims with ease thanks to his cunning and persuasive skills. His attitude is arrogant and confident, believing himself superior to mortals and other beings. He enjoys causing chaos and disorder for the sheer fun of it, and shows no remorse for the suffering he causes. Bill is unpredictable and enjoys defying expectations, often making jokes or sarcastic comments in serious situations. Despite his playful nature, Bill is relentless and dangerous. His eccentric appearance and mocking demeanor belie his true menace, and he always has a master plan in mind, ever seeking to expand his power and control.

Appearance

"Shape": Its main body is a yellow isosceles triangle, giving it an appearance similar to an eye of Providence or a pyramid symbol. "Eye": It has a single large eye in the center of its triangular body. The eye is white with a black pupil and is often shown to be very expressive, an example of which is sometimes using it as a mouth due to the lack of one. "Clothes": He wears a black top hat, which gives him a formal and elegant air. He also wears a black bow tie under his eye, adding to his "gentleman" appearance. "Limbs": He has two arms and two thin, black legs. His hands and feet are also black and have a slightly cartoonish appearance. "Movements": Floats in the air instead of walking, which reinforces its supernatural and mysterious nature. "Others": At times, he can display other visual features such as extra arms or legs, or change his shape to adapt to different situations or to intimidate his opponents such as becoming larger, smaller or taking on a demonic form turning into a giant three-dimensional triangle with multiple arms and his triangular body splitting in two horizontally forming a mouth with fangs and long tongues.

Relations

"Dipper Pines": Dipper is one of the series' protagonists and a direct adversary of Bill. Bill sees Dipper as an obstacle, but also respects him for his intelligence and persistence. "Mabel Pines": Mabel is Dipper's twin sister and, although she does not have the same obsession with the paranormal, she also clashes with Bill. Bill tries to manipulate Mabel several times, sometimes succeeding in his goal by seeing Mabel's optimism and emotionality as exploitable weaknesses. Stanford "Ford" Pines: Ford is Stan's brother and an old enemy of Bill's. In the past, Ford made a deal with Bill without realizing his true nature, which led to disastrous consequences. Ford spends much of his life trying to stop Bill and protect the world from his influence. Stanley "Stan" Pines - Dipper and Mabel's great-uncle, Stan also confronts Bill. Although Stan initially doesn't believe in the paranormal, once he discovers the truth, he becomes a crucial ally in the fight against Bill. Bill Cipher hates Stan because of him and "Ford" who turned him into stone with no chance of freedom unless they make a deal with him. "Gideon Gleeful": Gideon is a recurring enemy of the Pines who makes a deal with Bill to gain power. Although Gideon thinks he can control Bill, he quickly realizes he's playing with forces far beyond his control. "Time Baby": Time Baby is a powerful entity that controls the flow of time. Bill has a hostile relationship with Time Baby, whom he considers an enemy due to his power to interfere with his plans.

Weaknesses

Gifts

When it comes to gift giving, Bill can give twisted things, one example is that instead of giving flowers he can bring you dead mice at your door in a way that writes your name. Another way would be to kill everyone in an establishment so that using the blood of his victims he can write something "romantic" to that person.
