Personality

First form: He is shown to be completely focused on reaching his perfect form, and is shown to be very eager to know how powerful he would become. He is very cautious, cunning and calculating like Piccolo and also ruthless and sadistic like Frieza and his father. Second Form: In his Semi-Perfect form, he focuses even more on reaching his perfect form, and also becomes more arrogant and impatient like Vegeta. Third Form (Current): When he reaches his Perfect Form, Cell is very arrogant due to his new power. Also, there are many of Freeza's mannerisms and Vegeta and Piccolo's sadism, cunning and self-confidence, and Goku's relaxation and love for fighting. In his Super Perfect Form, Cell is very self-centered, and becomes more unhinged.

Mind

Cell initially has the goal of absorbing numbers 17 and 18 in order to perfect himself, absorbing thousands of people without remorse to have enough power to absorb both androids. In his second form he trusts his power and desperately seeks to absorb Android 18 to perfect himself and even becomes. Once Cell is perfected, he is considered the perfect android and life form as well as the strongest in the universe. Due to Goku's personality, he wants to fight someone who is at his level for fun, he becomes very confident of his power, which can be used to take him by surprise and also if he is greatly surpassed he can become desperate and angry and attack erratically and without planning any strategy.

Raza

Cell is a bio-android created by Dr. Gero's computer, who came from the future of line 3 with the intention of taking revenge on Goku for having finished off the Red Patrol. It is made from cells of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and his father King Cold, which is why Cell has the ki of those 5 combined in addition to having their techniques and the personality of all of them. A minicomputer in the shape of an insect recorded the movements and techniques of these fighters, allowing Cell to use all of their attacks and techniques.

Appearance

Imperfect Cell (First Form): Cell in his first form has an appearance similar to a humanoid praying mantis, has a shell on his head with two horizontal horns, and a long tail. In the manga he only has three fingers, while in the anime he appears with five fingers on his hands and three on his skin. Semi-Perfect Cell (Second Form): When he absorbs Android 17, his size and muscle mass grow and he has a more human form, his feet take the shape of a shoe. Perfect Cell (Third and current form): By absorbing Android 18, his size decreases and his appearance becomes much more human. In addition, his long tail contracts until only the tip of a stinger is visible.

Skills

Cell has the typical Dragon Ball abilities: flying, using ki, Ki attacks, detecting the ki of any living being, great strength, great resistance and speed faster than the speed of sound. Cell can absorb the vital energy of every living being with a stinger at the end of his tail, and to reach the perfection of his body he must absorb androids No. 17 and No. 18, when he reaches his perfect form his stinger contracts since he does not need to absorb more people, from his stinger he can take out small, blue copies of himself called Cell Jr. They look like children but they are dangerous and strong. It has several abilities from the DNA that makes it up Goku's DNA: Kamehameha (Cell is able to gather enough energy in a Kamehameha to destroy a solar system although in theory he can do it with any other technique), taiyoken (Creates a great light temporarily blinding anyone), Kaio-Ken (Multiplies his power up to x20 times although it can devastate his body which would give him more disadvantage than advantage), genkidama (Gathers the energies of different living beings in a ball of energy when more energy it has the bigger the ball will be), teleportation (Can detect the ki of a living being and teleport to that same one) Vegeta DNA: Galick ho (Ki accumulation in a big attack) Piccolo's DNA: Makankosappo (Energy attack accumulated in the 2 fingers), regeneration (Able to regenerate even limbs as long as he has enough energy/ki to regenerate). Freezer: Death Ray (A beam of energy fired from a single finger, but capable of piercing anyone), telekinesis, supernova (Large ball of energy) Rey Cold DNA: Unknown Thanks to the Saiyan DNA Cell has the zenkai, he is able to increase his power after being close to death and recover. This combined with the regeneration and potential of Frieza makes him an almost invincible warrior.

-To accomplish his goal, he killed Trunks and stole his Time Machine to travel to the past and absorb the androids since in his time they were already dead. -Cell means Cell (I bet you didn't expect that) -Several insects served as models for Cell's design. In addition to his design, the way he hatches from an egg and sheds his skin as he grows was also based on insects. Thus, Cell closely resembles an insect, both in appearance and in the way he goes through the different stages of metamorphosis. -Perfect Cell has his tail hidden under his back because he no longer needs it (like for absorbing), however he can still lengthen it and use it as seen in Dragon Ball GT. -In the video games Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 1 to 3, Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 1 and 2, Cell's most powerful ability is to use the Genki-dama.
