The ability to sense the power levels and Ki of other living creatures.

Zenkai

From his Saiyan cells, Cell has the ability to become more powerful after recovering from severe injuries.

The ability to fly, taken from any of the cell samples.

Telekinesis

Cell can lift objects of large proportionate sizes into the air with his mind and controlling the use of his hand(s).

Death Beam

A laser-like projectile which travels very quickly. Also known as Death Beam/Finger Beam.

Ki Blast

The most basic form of energy wave.

Kamehameha

A blue-colored, powerful ki wave attack. Can be charged for more power.

Regeneration

The Namekian ability to regenerate damage to the body. Cell can regenerate only if the core inside his head is not damaged.

Instant Transmission

The ability to instantly teleport virtually anywhere (by homing in on a Ki signature).

Solar Flare

An extremely bright light which can temporarily blind opponents in near proximity.

Cell's Ultimate and Final attack. Cell stores a massive amount of energy and fires it in the form of a giant Kamehameha.

An energy beam that can drill through opponents.

An energy disk that can cut through an opponent.

A blast of rectangle shaped energy.

Combat Capabilities

Cell has the combat capabilities of almost every person on earth. This makes him an extremely powerful opponent.

Rapid Movement

Cell can travel so fast it gives the illusion of teleportation.

Durability

Cell is strong enough to take his own attacks with ease, said attacks are strong enough to destroy the earth.

Perfect Barrier

An impenetrable shield Cell places around himself to protect him from attacks.

Son Gohan

Cell suffered his biggest humiliation against Gohan. He had finally reached his long sought after Perfect Form, believed himself to be the strongest in the universe, only to be bested by an 11 year old boy.

Son Goku

While mortal enemies, Cell views Goku as a formidable foe and respects him as a warrior. It's also the fact that Goku and Cell are a lot alike (Cell is part Saiyan afterall) in their passion for combat and love for a fight.

Vegeta

Cell shares respect towards Vegeta like he did with Goku even though they’re mortal enemies. Cell has learned from a near death experience from Vegeta’s Final Flash to not underestimate him.

Vegito and Gogeta

It’s likely that even though cocky, Cell would share a hint of fear towards a fusion between Goku and Vegeta.

The hybrid son of Vegeta, had destroyed an alternate timeline version of him and thus holds a sort of grudge against him.

Super Saiyan

While Cell isn’t fully a Saiyan, he can achieve a state of Super on his own, forming a golden aura around his body similar to that of a Super Saiyan while increasing his power by as much.

Piccolo

A Namekian and a member of the Z Fighters. Incredibly power and intelligent, not someone Cell takes too lightly.

Sexual Orientation

Cell is both Aseuxal and Aromantic, he reciprocates zero form of love or affection and doesn’t view things like sex or love as anything more than a waste of time and energy.
